Received a call/message from a gentilman by the name of Brian Anderson who says he works for a company named "world wide". In this message, he was requesting personal Information for an employee stating there was a case and claim pending against him. When called back, the voice of the "Rep" that answered was that of Mr. Anderson, yet he insisted that he had no knowledge of the person. or ref #. He would not give any information about himself or the "company he worked for", and when challenged, he became belligerent then hung the phone up in my face.

I had a message on the home phone from a Victor Wallace that he needed to verify the home address and work address.  He said that there were charges brought up on me and that I needed to contact the legal firm handling the case.  He gave a reference number  to call the 888-249-0681 phone number.  He ended the call with " my name" you have been served.  
Caller ID displayed phone number 000-000-0000.  He did not mention what company he worked for nor the name of the legal firm.
