Received the same type of letter today.  As you stated, they had my mortgage holder referenced as well.  Oddly they don't have an address on here.  Throwing it out.

This place is complete Fraud. They will try to tell you that you have no insurance in your home, don't freak out! They are liers!, I had to call my own home insurance to verify. Once you caught them trying to steal from you they are extremely disrespectful! Someone named Cynthia in the Spanish customer service was extremely rude and disrespectful. I also spoke to a manager named Brett he was a complete joke and thief. Please stay away from this people! They will take your money and you will never get it back. Funny fact is that they wanted $380 a month for 3 years. This is a complete Joke!.

Scammers. No return address

Received bogus letter. Called this number. Female was trying to be professional, but became very rude because I said I have NO home warranty & NEVER HAVE. Called my homeowner's insurance, was advised the Home Warranty Resolutions Company sounds like scammers. I called them back, spoke with Josh, asked him a thousand questions and told him they are scammers. Josh got very rude and hung up on me.

Spent time with them on the phone. There’s no limit to the extent they will lie. There has has to be a legal remedy to stop these tactics. They are predatorial. But they don’t post their address or real name on the letter, so how do we get them to stop?

I called this number twice after I received an envelope. They initially claimed that my home warranty would be 3905 down plus 295 a month for 3 years then changed it to 3405 for 3 years. Then changed it to 3206.08 and said 207.34 cents a month for 15 months and that doesn't even add up to 3206.08. I'm glad I googled the number and told them that it claims this number is a scam to the person because they wanted me to pay $150 just so I could have the rates sent in an email since he kept saying different values. I feel dumb that I gave them my email. They hung up on me after.
