Received letter claiming that "the properties home warranty .... may be expiring or may have already expired".  This is clearly fraud targeting seniors and the claim that a warranty exists sounds like ID Theft to me (I never filed for such a warranty).

A google shows that the Better Business Bureau (BBB) sent a notice on 8 January 2021 that "requested the business to modify, substantiate, or discontinue claims made on their promotional mailer".

If someone could post a physical address for this firm, prosecution would be the obvious next step.

This actually came in the mail (Final Notice on green paper), saying that our "Home Warranty" was about to expire and we needed to call ASAP or else we'd be on the hook for "many thousands of repairs." They had my  mortgage lender on the letter. Like others  before me, it's a scam. My lender has been paid off a few years now.

Exactly the same for me, but they DIDN'T have the correct mortgage lender on my notice.  It makes me sad there are so many scams out there taking advantage of innocent folks!

SCAM Home Warranty Resolutions - threats that my home warranty is approaching or has expired.  I now have the number blocked and they mailed a notice to my home.

I received a presorted mass mailing letter with "Final Notice" written to scare me into opening the phishing letter that falsely claims that I have a home warranty with "BHA Enterprises". It talks about their "FINAL ATTEMPT" to notify me, blah blah blah. It has this phone number to call. These people are scammers.

They sent my wife a letter that it was going to expire but the home isnt even in her name and they tried telling me my home at PO BOX warranty was going to expire.  Definitely a scam.

So please explain who they are targeting when people in the age bracket of 16 to 30 get those cards as well?  Your screen name is wrong as well because if you were "smart" you would have known that this is simply junk mail and would have thrown it away like the really smart people do.

I work at a bank, protecting customers from fraud like this (usually by email).  I received a printed "FINAL NOTICE" to call this phone number, and CLAIMING to be "secured" by the bank ~WHERE I WORK~. The people who sent it belong in prison, and I'm going to help them get there!

Got same pink Final Notice scam letter. Ha ha, citing they were dept of San Diego National Bank, who went belly-up over 15 yrs ago.. Yea SDNB originated a HELOC secured by my home back in 2008… FDIC transferred to another Bank & was paid in 2017… so appears these scammers have a hook-up with a title company that is researching all homeowners who ever had a recorded HELOC  and targeting them.  Gather from other posts if you call then they have your phone number & will harass by phone & Lilly sell numbers linked to the property to other scammers…

No return address, no name of mail sender. So forget the notice, don't call the phone number.

I received a Final Notice regarding Home Warranty from lender "Cashcall Inc." with the phone 888-251-7535.  This is not my lender; therefore, it's a true scam.

Home warranties actually are a thing.

Today we received the same scam letter pretending to be from the bank where we have our HELOC. But, the scammers used the old bank name and says "This letter is to inform you that the property's home warranty at P.O. Box xxxx, city, state, zip secured by OLD BANK NAME may be expiring or may have already expired."  Made us laugh since we've never had a home warranty and our PO box has never had one in its 33 years of existence.

Idiots. Hope no one falls for this garbage.

I received a final notice in the mail from a home warranty department of an unnamed company.  I haven't had a mortgage with the bank named in the letter for well over 10 years. It says on the form letter that it will be the final attempt to notify me. I certainly hope so, though I doubt it.
