There is not a "Patrick" Malone living at this phone number!

Several Times I asked for Company information and was hung up on.  I eventually got a supervisor who did give me company information.  They are a collection agency.

Several recorded calls have been received asking for my husband using a nickname he does not use.  The number left is to call 888-264-1377 which I guess is a collection agency.  We do not have any other info, but don't owe anyone.  On another call, the amount was left of $1254.52 and the only option when called was how we wished to pay the amount.

I get this once a month or so from Rickenbacker Collection agency. This has been going on for several years now. The have reported me to the credit agencies for non payment. I pay all bill I owe, this one is a bill I don't, so they will not get a penny from me. The have offered to settle for half, but I refuse. They have promised to keep hounding me for it, I have promised to keep refusing, so they we are. I have invited them to take me to small claims court, even asked them to so we can bring this to an end, so far, they don't seem interested! I guess they will keep hounding me then, I never respond anymore, just ignore them now. Will be moving soon, don't think I will be informing them of my new number, lol.

i have this number 1-888-264-1375 rickenbacker just showed up on my report and they tell me its from a car i sold 3 years ago. they never send me anything just tell me its valid.

About  a year and a half ago a car my nephew did own was impounded and held at an impound yard for 30 days.  It was too much money to take out, so, the impound said they would sell the car as payment for impound charges.  The impound never sent me a letter or bill for balance of charges and sent me directly to Rickenbacker.  I spoke with several representatives who don't speak any English and asked for proof of sale and monitary information.  The reps just kept giving me the run around, asking me for a credit card number to make first payment.  A legitimate organization doesn't do that.  They work with you, send you a bill for first payment, and instructions for the payment plan.  They continued to say they needed my card number before a plan can be made.  I WILL NOT give any personal monitary information to anyone specially when they won't give me any proof, when they are rude, and unprofecional.  What can I do?  I just checked my credit and it has gone from $1600 - $1720!!!

The owner of the company is Carlos Casas, if you go to the RCS web page you can write ur complain against this company.  i know somebody who work there and it´s really a scam, they are going to ruin you untill you pay, they are going to make ur life so miserable that ur going to end paying so they stop calling you.  There´s a lot of ways to stop this. this is the worst Collection agency that i heard about.  Mr. Casas mail is ccasas@rickenbackergroup.com  and the manager of that awful company is Fernando Alba.

Received a voice message from 888-264-1377 saying they were calling about personal business or something.  I'm not past due on any of my payments so I don't know why they are calling.  It's probably a scam.

Guys, if you send a letter of cease and decease to this company they have the obligation to stop calling you, they cannot call you or send letters and this is by law, present complains against Fernando Alba, he´s the manager of this office and he think he´s the best guy in the whole world and he´s just a jerk.  If you receive a msg from them just send a letter to them to this fax 408-762-7204 or to the e.mail that i gave you on my previous msg.

Annoyed check your credit, maybe you have something there, or maybe you sold a car and you didn´t make the release of liablity.

I graduated a technical college and believe me you will not graduate if you owe this money hungry people even a dollar.  I payed my monthly fee every month and some other students got behind.  Several months after graduation I get a call from Rickenbacker Collection agency saying I owed 183.00 for what my school loans didn't cover.  I thought it was a scam so I called the BBB and the DA office where Rickenback was located and told them about.  I went by the school one day to tell them and they said yes that I do owe that.. which is BS.. they never sent a letter to me about it or anything.  She said we sent it to the collection agency after 30 days.. My mom went to the school and paid them $10.00.  I told her not to give those crooks nothing.  They got PLENTY already!  I walked in graduation and everything.. It seems as if the school is running a scam to me. Seriously.. if I owed money they would not have given me my diploma!  Scam!

These people keep calling day after day, saying someone at my number owes them money. The person that they are asking for does not live here and never has lived here. They have been told that over and over again, yet they keep calling.
I guess being on the no call list, both federal and state, doesn't apply to them.
Is there some agency that a person can call to get these jerks to stop calling?

Please tell this company that I have released liability on the vehicle that was impounded to the towing company. I don't even have the pink slip anymore. I have not even gotten a notice in the mail for some time now.  Just pull me off of this account since you are dealing with the wrong person.  Take it up with the towing company.  Please get this account off of my credit report so that Iam able to get more credit and maybe even a car.

I blocked them immediately. Since then they've attempted to call, however, I take great pleasure and amusement from listening to their robo-call ring for one-third seconds. LOL!!!!!!!
