Thank goodness for google. I just received a message from legal investigator named Cynthia Simmons stating that I am being investigated for fraud and to call her back immediately at 888-274-6893 ext. 308 or she would have to refer yer client for litigation if I did not return call. After reading all these postings I am not calling her back. Thanks people for your posting.

I received a message at my work from a Investigator Jones.  He said that I was being charged with 2 counts of check fraud.  I needed to call back within 24 hours or they were going to get a warrant for my arrest and come to my place of employment.    How do these scum get your information?  He called from 321-594-296 but told me I had to contact him at 888-274-6893 ext 309.  What a joke.  They won't leave any company information.

Received a call fron 212-913-0465 for Cynthia Mingus.  My husband hasnt been married to her for over 6 years now, but these slimes use every means to track down bad debt - even calling blindly to try to find the person. I said "you people" are pathetic and the collector immediately slammed me for a "racial slur".  I'm o the flipping TELEPHONE - I can't see the stupid caller - my "you people" was intended for the sneaky collectors not a racial slam.  THESE PEOPLE are a pain in the a%$.

This is another number being used by Cash Net  outside of 678-666-5776.  Rude saying that I need to prove that I did not owe anything.  It should be the other way that they be able to prove that a person does owe the money.  Bring it on it they want a fight because I hung up on her and earlier in the day I got a call from 678-666-57786 a Mr. Raven wanting to talk to me.  I am calling long distance when you have free 800 number's and I will call you.

I just got a call... it was an automated voice message stating to call back. They are a "law firm" dont call back. When I did, a lady answered, and said she was the cleaning lady and that this was a law firm for debt collection agency. Why would a cleaning lady answer the phones at a law firm???
