Got same message and I called back -- said they were looking for my sister -- criminal charges -- someone would be sent for her tonight or tomorrow if she didn't call back, etc.
I encourage everyone here to immediately GO TO THE FTC website and file a complain against this company.  It doesn't take long to file the electronic form, and if you do a quick search online, you will see that they are making contact now with A LOT of people.  File a complaint today!!  Let's stop these people.

I don't know know what they are talking about and why they were doing this to bother people?
 I received this same messages/voice mail in my cell and to my daughter cell most likely twice a week in the last three months now. They were trying to scared us just the way to make money.
What a scam! It has to stop!

I received a call too. How can I get them to stop calling my job?

Unbelievable, I can't belive people are doing this,  I got a call just like this today and it was from a 252 area code. It contained all the info other people have previously stated, have your attonry call in 24-48 hours or forward them this information.  When I called it back it had a recoreded message, talking about push 1 for restrained bank account/2-for a message left on your phone and 3-to avoid going to court.  I have received nothing in the mail.  When I pushed#2 it went straight to a busy signal.  When I tried to push #3 & #4 it went to a busy signal.  I can't believe people arae doing this.  I found these posts when I went to ask.com and asked whose the respondent in a civil case.  I also did a search in the state I live in for a civil case filed against me and it came up blank. Its bad enough that people have to worry about identity theft, but now this mess.  This is horrible.  Everybody be aware that there are not just computer hackers, but people trying to have you shaking in your boots.
