I got a call from this number, identifying itself as a collection agency calling for one of the previous owners of the telephone number.  I followed the prompts on the menu, pressed 1, got a human (sort of) and told her that I have had this number for two years now, that I did not know the previous owner of the number, and asked in an impolite manner that they update their records.  The line was dead by the time I finished my tirade.  That number is now blocked.

Collectors- blocked and done. NEVER answer any calls from numbers you don't know, people!

Woman asked if I was Amber McColley (?) and I said she had wrong number.  She insisted I was lying, that I *WAS* Amber, and that I needed to pay $2300 and something ASAP.  Then she asked me for the correct spelling of my last name and my social security number.  I hung up on her.

A gentlemen calling wanting to speak to a Samuel Douhde.  The person they were asking about hasn't lived here for 25 years!  I informed them to stop calling and do their research alittle better.  They asked if I knew where he was living now.   I replied that I was not their private investagator, and if they paid me well I would at least Google his name!  Ah, silence is golden.  I blocked these dimwits.

Said, this is the social security agency and you have suspicious activity with your social security number and to press one now. Total scam their fishing for your SSN.
