Called our landlord and told them that we are using two social security numbers.  This is completely false and is a defamation of character.  The caller also stated that we have been running from them for 1 and a 1/2 years.  This also is false.  The call was filled with lies and untruths.  This person also gave personal information to our landlord which was not only false but also slander on our character.

A legal asst last name connor calling for atty Jason Head he stated it was in regard to my sister who lived in kentucky and thye been tryin to reach her regarding money  she swindled from some people,and thye been tyrin to reach her.

The Law office of Jason Head, this is a group of people taking and using the name of an attorney under some agreement to him that he will make a bunch of money from collections, then they get sued for not being licensed for collections, in which case they move on to someone elses name, they were also known as Booths and Associates, among numerous others. They are based out of Virginia Beach. If you are in another state most likely they have no legal recourse, and if they are harassing you, a law suit might be in your favor.  I am in no way an attorney or legal adviser of any kind and am in no way offering legal advice.

We have recieved repeated phone calls for A unknown Christopher ( Last name unintelligible) Kaiser or Kiaber constantly for 4 months. I have spoken and left messages to no avail. If anyone knows who these people are identify them so we may start take action against them. They must stop!

I got 2 voice messages from this (888-279-5764) number on 07/15/2008 and 07/17/2008 for some Nayad Khasem.

The one on 07/17/2008 read as follows:

I received a call from this number.  She said she was Ms. Williams and I needed to call within two days because a civil suit was pending on a Household credit account that I owed. She also called my husbands aunt, how the heck they got her number is beyond me. The number she called from was 757-502-8167. She said to call back on a toll free number 1-888-279-5764.x 5522. I told her never to call my husbands aunt again, she got upset and hung up the phone on me then called my husbands aunt back AGAIN saying I was rude.  I called the 888 number back and asked to speak to Mr. Head, a man came on the phone I asked his name he said Mr. Sanchez, I said whats your first name he paused and said "Mr" so I hung up. He called back and asked why did I hand up and I said because this is unprofessional why would you not tell me your first name and why can't I speak to Mr. Head, who is supposed to be suing me. He said Mr. Head was in court, I said I will call back and hung up.  I believe that they are really debt collectors but I think that they are not from the lawyers office, they have an agreement to give him a percentage from the debt that they collect. They are very unprofessional,and I will not pay them a dime. I would like to settle my account but I do not trust these people.

ANOTHER THING ABOUT THESE PEOPLE, I have spoken to a MR. Wood, a Mr. Sanchez and a Ms. Williams, noone ever gives out their first name. What type of company is this where no one gives out their first name.

ms williams callled my mother in law....threatened legal action if if i didn' call ...i called my state bar assn and the clerk of the indiana supreme ct jason head is not now nor ever was licensed to practice in the state of indiana to perform debt collections....

I received 15 calls on Wednesday from Ms. Williams and Mr. Woods. They gave the same phone numbers as listed in the messages below.  The threats were the same and voice recordings started last night. Ms. Williams stated I was being sued in a civil case and Mr. Woods stated he would be reporting his findings to the local magistrate.  Each gave me anywhere from 2-5 days to respond to their calls.  To make matters worse the phone calls were at home and at work.  On the first call from Ms. Williams I told her not to contact me work again.  She then called back a spoke with one of my employees about the matter. Ms. Williams told him I was being sued and he was impeding an investigation.  He hung up on her. She called 10 more times and each time we hung up the phone.  I thought we got our point across until my corporate office called me a hour later.  Ms. Williams harassed other co-workers and faxed over an employment verification form.  I can't believe the nerve of these people.    

I checked my credit reports and they have not reported any negative information.  Has anyone else checked their reports?

I am filing a complaint with the FCRA.  Does anyone have experience with this process?   Will this make matters worse with theses people?  

Also, I would not recommed paying any money to these people.

I would not pay them a dime.  Contact the original creditor.

I also rec'd a phone call from Jason Head's office - but they have a new number:  888-279-5761.  Be on the lookout - they are creeps! They were looking for someone they thought I knew and were pushing for me to give out personal information about them. They said it was a serious legal matter and I needed to cooperate. I told them to subpeona me if they wanted and they hung up.

SOME STUPID RECORDING CAME ON WHEN I ANSWERED THE PHONE SAYING MY NAME AND THAT I SHOULD CALL. I HAVE RECEIVED THESE MESSAGES BEFORE. I CALLED BEFORE AND TOLD ME IT WAS REGARDING AN UPAID ACCT. HE TOLD ME THE LAST FOUR OF THE SS NUMBERS AND I TOLD HIM IT WAS NOT ME. HE SAID HE WOULD NOT CALL BACK. NOW I GET THIS CALL, I CALL BACK AND GET THIS DUMB ASS ON THE PHONE WHO WANT ME TO GIVE HIM INFORMATION. I TOLD HIM WHO THE HELL ARE YOU AND WHY SHOULD I GIVE YOU ANY INFO. HE HUNG UP ON ME. I CALLED HIM BACK AND I ASKED HIM IF THIS WAS THE PROFESSIONALISM HE GAVE WHEN HE WAS TRYING TO CALL TO COLLECT MONEY. THESE IDIOTS ARE A WASTE OF TIME HOW DO THEY GET PEOPLE'S PHONE NUMBERS? I'M GOING TO SUE THEIR ASS I DON'T OWE ANYONE ANYTHING.

FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AND WITH THE VIRGINIA STATE BAR. I DID BOTH, AND THEY HAVE TO BE STOPPED.

I used to work for Mr. Head. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar (which is separate from the Virginia Bar Assoc.). Indeed, he gets paid to allow the  collections agency to use his name.

He has a different address now, although he may have a virtual office at the Columbus Center address.

Basically, from what I understand, Mr. Head is like a figurehead and you'll get nowhere trying to get ahold of him. However, demand to speak to a supervisor or manager if you have problems

I also received calls from Booth & Associates.  They were rude and abusive.  When they could get no where with me they started harassing my elderly father.  I was in the process of buying a house when the calls started - so I was very well aware that this "debt" did not exist on my credit report.  I filed a complaint with the Virginia State Board and the calls stopped.  Shortly after the calls from Jason Head started.  They just switched from one attorney name to another.

This people are from some office called Jason Head PLC, attorney at law.  They have been leaving message after message at work and home for me for the last 8 weeks or so.  Finally they did reach me at work after calling my supervisor and our office 10 times in one day.  At first the lady started out nice kindly telling me about a debt that i owed on an account back in 2000.  (It is one that I am sure I have paid but heck after 8 years and two moves the paper work gets filed in the trash). Anyway, I demanded that she not call me at work again. I told her that i had received nothing in writing concerning this debt.  Her filed indicated that it had been going to an old address.  WELL, we still get mail at the old address so I know that nothing has been received.  I did give her my new address since I was wanted to see what information they had.  She next asked for my home phone number and by that time I had lost my patience and told her that obviously she had my phone number because they have called it before.  After that she told me obviously I was not interested in working with them so she would just send my file for processing and hung up.  Short time later they faxed a letter (with my social security number on it) to our HR department. First of all IF i owed the debt (which I don't believe i do) after 8 years the Statute of limitations has most certainly taken effect according to my lawyer.  YES, I immediately sent the paper work (faxed document)to my attorney with their contact info.  My attorney also told me to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (which I have done).  At this point my lawyer is checking the Virginia State Bar and has found nothing on Jason Head.

They have been calling me too and my neighbor accross the street Emily.  I don't know why they had to bring sweet Emily into the picture but bet your sweet [***] it's on!!!! I sat with Emily last night and here is her story.

Emiy was born in 1931 and raised in Montana until the great cow depression of 1945 when all the cattle suddenly became so sad and to mean to milk.  Emily's family feared for her saftey since poor old P.N. McMurray was sadly fallen upon by Leighann the biggest cow that side of the Mason Dixon Line.  She then moved to a small town in Renwood and worked as a upscale hooker and thats where we met. Although she is 77 and I 30 and the best piece I have ever gotten they didn't have to do this!!! Shame on them
