I recieved a call from My 89 yaer old father, he was paniced about this call from Jason Heads office, A Mona Chita had called him saying I had 72 hrs to call , and it would be in my best interest, same message on my home phone Will turn this one over to Tom Martino of channel 7 in Denver.

This type of action is not legal in Colorado.

I had trouble with this group too.  Report them to the Virginia state bar.
Don't give them any money.  . .They are a scam!!!  Seriously report them, it's easy and will not take alot of time.  They need to be stopped.  They are working for a company called Unistates in New York.

Jason Head law office has an outside agency he is using to collect debts on people. My mother recently passed away and these people have been told this over and over and they continue to harass me for it. I have filed a complaint with the Virginia Bar association and the Attorney Generals office. One of the colored ladies there who I spoke with on the phone threatened to come to my house and shoot me in the head and send out her boys from the hood she said. Wow what class they have working for them. I have no idea what it was my mother owed or if she really even did. It's possible that these people are trying to scam people out of money just to see if people will send it. I know one thing I am taking police action next time they call and threaten physical harm to me or one of my family members.

Yeah, these guys are nothing but scum of the earth, wannabe debt collectors. The aren't even professional enough to call them a real collection agency.  They like to call and threaten people with things like calling your neighbors and employer.  The state of Virginia officials apparently don't care that these people are violating Federal collection rules. If these people have tried to threaten you, complain to the FTC!

I recieved call about important matter on voice mail.This time a name Jason Haggett,plc was used sounds like a new kid on the block to scam people Beware

Today recieved call from ms williams said i needed to contact her she said she had an attorney ready to file some paper on a past account which has been discharged in 2007.this time it was office of Jason head,plc.7572268749 on message.Beware.

Call from a Mrs. Robinson looking for a relative. Gave this 888 number and referenced Jason Head.

888-279-5764 law offices of jason head... yeah right. i got a call from them at my girlfriends house. my name has never been associated with that number. they said something about "if i wanted to have any input in the matter at hand it would be 'in my best interest' to call them as soon as possible. i would never call someone back that cannot leave a decent message or stating any kind of info on what it was concerning. these people are a joke.

I receieved a message from someone from this company stating that I was being cited in a civil suit and it would be in my best interest to contact them immediately to deter this action.  When I called them it was about an account that had been written off over 5 years ago.  I asked that they send information to me and they stated they had done such but I never received anything.  I think I've talked to these guys before and they never send any documentation of any debt.  I asked about the debt itself and they told me they didn't represent the company.  Well, then why are they calling me and threatening me with a civil suit?  Something is not right about this.  Anyone know how I can get them off my back?

My brother and father received phone calls yesterday, both saying some law office is looking for me.  This morning I returned the call and spoke to the woman, she kept asking me to confirm my SS # which I would not do.  When I asked who was looking for debt collection, she told me Balleys, I laughed being I've never been to a Balleys, I didn't even know what it was, I thought it was a casino, she informed me it was a gym, so I laughed.  I called them a bunch of con artists, that they picked on the wrong person, that I know I have no bad outstanding debt, I have always paid everything off.  She was upset that I insisted they were scammers and should be ashamed of themselves picking on people who might not know better.  She was getting upset with my attitude and next I hear some mans voice go "ma'am this is Mr. Sanchez, I just need you to confirm the last 4 digits of your SS #", being I read this msg board first I went "oh wait let me guess, your first name is MR? "  to which he said "have a nice fay" and hung up.  I filed a report with the FTC about them, suggest everyone else do it as well.

they keep calling me at work and even sent a fax for the human resoures to sign about me. they tried to collect info on me.
