The exact same msg. Two claims against my SS#. Is there any agency monitoring these people. How many complaints before they take action???!!

These people are Scanners!! Brenda Daniels called and ended up calling me a [***] and told me to go [***]. Seriously I was mortified. I recorded them when they called me back when I told them i was calling the police. It is unbelievable how evil and loser people still exist. I blocked my credit and have reported these people.

Received a call today claiming two pending legal actions to someone at my number. Obviously a scam.

Called saying 2 claims with my s.s.# , didn't call back.

Robo message from Michael Salvator from the same asset management legal dept. stating 2 claims against my ss#. Since my cell is unlisted, and no name identifier on my greeting, just another scammer trying to social engineer a knee jerk from the gullible public. I've been paying cash for 20 years, I will wait for the summons for a court case to be served before I will ever respond to these SCAMMER calls.

I received the same message & spoke with some woman named Elaine Martin telling me that I would be served with a warrant for my arrest if I didn't pay for some online loan from 2011 that went into a checking acct I had closed back in 2005.

Received a phone call from this person Michael Salvador, saying I have 2 outstanding legal claims with social attached, it is imperative that I contact them by calling 888-288-5346.

Same message as above. Calling my home, cell and work? WTH? How are they getting away with this crap? Scammers! Reporting to attorney general

same call except they called me and my sister and mother in law with the same message for me.  Super annoying.  Anyone know where they can be turned in for harassment?

Left recorded message saying his name is Michael Salvador with the Asset Evaluation Legal team, stated that there are two claims against me and my social, left a 'claim' number and this number 888-288-5346 to call back urgently

Same routine with me, same Michael Salvador with 2 claims filed against me and my social.  Funny how we all have TWO claims??? Scammers I am sure.  Called me at my office phone.
