They received all off your previous debts legally and bought them out from wherever you got payday loans, and if it wasnt you, it was fraud and someone stole your identity. Use your heads people. My wife is not in good health! They're calling from 18882897568 and they're asking for my son Michael and they're threatening my wife and I asking all kinds of question about Michael........Michael doesn't live here +I told them please don't call this number any more but they are calling every day. They wouldn't give my wife or I any information about the case. They only gave the case number and asked if my wife and I could help (money) and they want his last four numbers SS card that is private.

They called my house about my son asking my wife and I all kinds of questions about my son they wouldn't give any information. And they gave a case number only. I looked it up on Streetview on Google, there's some shack behind whatever the ale house thing is, small chop shop collections. I've seen it before.

I called the number requested an address to provide to my lawyer. The man refused to give it to me and get rude. I told him that's ok I will get the address and give the information to my lawyer to sue them.  I told them to send validation of debt, they hung up. LMAO SCAM.  People sue sue sue.  Violating state and federal.  Must have a license to collect in each state.

Well, this place has been calling for weeks now looking for my son regarding a payday loan from 2 years ago.  Two years ago my son was a minor so not his loan.  Some guy (forgot his name) called to say he was on his way to serve him papers.  I requested a "letter of validation" be sent first which they refused.  They did however email an odd little one paragraph statement saying he owed money.  I in turn emailed them back stating what they sent was not sufficient and he copy and pasted from the FDCRA what our rights are as far as requesting a letter of validation.  Was told that they do not fall into that category and do not have to provide me with anything.  So - I called and asked approximately when they would be around to serve my son because I wanted to inform our local police department to be there.  Just got more of the same run around.  This place is a scam - do not give them any information!!!!

Ok, If a company own's your debt then they have the legal right to sue you to retain the either funds or services that they provided to you.  the fall of America is the public obtaining a service, Mortgage, etc and Not Paying it Back. When did it become Take What You Want and the Hell With Everyone Else?? That is why Our Country is in Such Shambles. The Rich keep trying to get Richer and the Poor keep mooching off the government and any other way they can make a fast buck or get ahead.  If you Owe Something, Quite Simply Man or Woman Up to your Responsibility.  And for the one's that I read that obtained a PayDay loan, you guys are Morons...Really! The interest on those loans are outrageous and obiviously stupid. It's sick how they target the poor, but the poor are so uneduated they think they are getting ahead when it's set up for you to fail. Think of where we live....ANYONE can TAKE ANYONE to COURT FOR ANYTHING. Land of THE GREEDY.

The problem with this company is they will not prove that they own the debt.  I am asking for proof that this is a legitimate debt - if that is the case then of course we will take responsibility but they are unable to provide that information.  There are numerous scams out there and because everyone is afraid to be taken to court, they are bending over and giving these places money that is not legally theirs.

We got the call this morning from the 888-289-7568 number. He wouldnt give us his name or anything like that. He said that he needed to get ahold of my cousin who lives in alaska because he is in trouble with the law. Dont know why they called us because we havent talked to him in 10+ years. It freaked us out but glad we found this web page
