I tried to contact them by phone but as others have stated, I was not able to get a response. They must have done something fraudently, because I never have responded to any contest or anything with any of their ficticious businesses and I don't know how they got my bank information. I had to file a dispute with my bank for follow up and investigating. It really does suck and to know that blood sucking leaches like them exist.
- Mindelia replies to B1017| 1 replyYeah, they got me, too.
It was for the acai berries (which actually DO seem to be working, at least!), but here is another charge for $5.95 that I did not authorize. Tried to call, no answer.
WHAT ARE OUR OPTIONS??? - Patti Anne - San Diego| 2 repliesI am very upset. I just looked at my debit charges & have been charge4d two unauthorized charges - one for $79.95 and another for $89.95. I apparently requested a sample for acai berry and authorized a one-time charge of $5.95. Now after reading all the comments I am afraid that I have been scammed. I am very upset. I am going to the bank to see what they can do. The address on my bank statement is WR Performance 3549 N. University CO. There also are4 several Foreign Purchase Fees of 1.78 on my statement.

- Gina| 1 replyThere was no call. This is the only link I can find to the company that billed me 74.95 on my VISA when I only ordered a free trial. They send no bills with their address or location and when you call the number, you cannnot get to a live person, but receive prompts. This phone number for this bogus company showed up on my VISA bill, but you cannot reach them and they continue to bill.
- Gina replies to connie| 2 repliesMine was not a call either, but this number is the number listed on my VISA bill where they are charging me but when you call the number, you can't get a live body to address your concerns. On line, I ordered a 10 day trial which actually turned out to be a 5 day trial and only 10 pills. A months supply then showed up in a non-description packaging and the 74.95 showed up on my VISA, but I can't get in touch with them by this bogus number. Have you had any success? I reported it to a complaint center. I just want them to stop charging me.
- angrybutstupid| 1 replyIt was not a call, but i ordered the free trial frmo this website and i got ahold of a very nice man that nicely explained to me that after placing my order for the free trial i had 10 days to "unsubscribe" or they would start sending me monthly supplies and automatically charge me for it. I was stupid and did not read the terms and conditions, which do state the "fine print," but I never read the terms and conditions, like probably most of you. When I talked to the man I told him I never received the monthly supply of pills but I was charged, and he told me that since it has been over 30 days there is nothing he could do about refunding my money, but he cancelled my account and assured me that there would be no more charges. Needless to say, I called my credit card company and had them delete my account and I had to sign up all over again to prevent further scams, and I was ransferred to teh scam department where they are going to investigate the situation and company. So although we cannot get our money back, the website is www.pureacaiberries.com and all i can really tell you is to unsubscribe and contact your credit card company. Hope my experience helps!

- Kymbera replies to linkThey got me too! After putting in the website address and it popped up I went to contact. There is a link which you can click on and unsubscribe to the website that will cancel your monthly membership to receiving the merchandise. I went to my bank account after reading the complaints and they charged me too! So I went to the website and cancelled my email address out of their system. I also received confirmations that they will not be charging me for any more pills. But I'm stuck with the one they billed me for already. The fine print told it all. The advertisement didn't say anything!! I should have known it was too good to be true...just shipping..yeah right!!
- Kymbera replies to linkTake a look at the bottle. You should see the website address on it. Cancel the same way you would cancel the acaiberry product.
