    Complete online scam!

    No Cust. Support exists.

I was stupid enough to order some acai.  I abided by their terms.  ie: ordered 9/4. Not received until 9/16. Cancelled within 14 days.  No tracking phone number to contact on my bank statement.

They charged my account $79. without my persmission.

on the phone number provided, their mailbox is "full."  I am forced to close my account, and incurred hundreds of dollars worth of NSF fees!!!  All due to timing and needing to close this account and the delays in correcting all the other accounts!

    Flipping amazing.

I also ordered from this company and tried to cancel my order.  I actually called my credit card company and canceled my card and had a new one re issued.  Only thing I could think of so they couldn't charge to my account anymore.
Is there anywhere online that I can cancel so they don't send the supplements anymore, since the phone number is useless?

I agree about the lawsuit...it is a total scam...I called my bank and gave them all the info i could, website and phone number (the one you can never get thru on!) and they credited my account!!! But it is a huge pain to try and get any money back..I (stupidly) placed the order for the sample and the sample came 2 weeks later but they had billed me 79.00 (For a friggen sample)..I'm glad the bank credited me but we will see what happens next!!!

Me too. Feel like a fool who would think this kind of fraud is allowed to exist.
Has there been any movement on this issue?

Yes...you might agree to the plan (you really don't have a choice when all you want is a sample of the product) but here is the thing, when they send you a sample (after they billed me $79.00) there is no information with the package to cancel the order and it is extreemly hard to track down this company..I got the number from my bank and called 10 times and the number was always busy, then I got through and found this website..I copied everything to my email incase I need it for future disputes (for proof) I ordered my sample from myspace mainly to get game points (190) which were never credited either for mafia wars...

BTW... the offer was removed from myspace after I made 3 complaints about the missing points..so there was no way of going back to get any company info...and the comfirmation email had no cancel info on it...

I, too, fell for this.  Fortunately, my bank's fraud department called me to ask about this activity on my debit card. I went to their web site and at the very bottom of one of the screens, you can unsubscribe from their product and the monthly news letter.  Did you know you will also be charged monthly for the news letter??

I will dispute this charge with my bank and hopefully, the charge will be reversed.  If not, I guess $79.76 is not a whole lot to learn a very valuable lesson.

Green Tea people might also try to unsubscribe for their product.

    Good Luck

Just another note about unsubscribing to Acai product and newsletters.  I have received e mails confirming cancellation of the product and the newsletters.  I have never received anything except the trial bottle.  The name of the charge on my bank account was Federal Heights Perf Prod for $79.76.  If anyone would like to e mail me I am lala4fsu1@verizon.net

Good Luck to everyone (including me!!)

the way it works out is this
my mother suddenly had a charge on her credit card
(granted she could have done this in her sleep, and she said this)
but i can't seem to find the corrlated item
seeing that this company ultra relief llc
    is them
they are charging for green tea to pooper medicine
so i am seeing that they need to be stopped
the ironic thing was that the charge was exactly the ammount left on her credit card, $4.87 was the charge
and that is an odd number for this
becasue it is usualy a .95 or a .99 charge if you catch my drift
    soooooo
has anyone else relayed this infromation?
i am trying to figure out what else are their scams
    z3311z@gmail.com is the email
    hit me up
