- Thia replies to idiotsThe only "unreal" thing I see is the whiny shill complaining about people not falling for FALSE debts (i.e.; scams). If a company refuses to send a WRITTEN validation, that alone is enough to point out scam, let alone the other shady practices written about here.
- Hatemesometelemarketers replies to .......Actually they would take the time because enough people will pay due to being threatened into it. It is a lucrative scam. Your personal information is all over the web and easy enough to data mine. They also steal info from legit companies and buy it.
So you go ahead and pay some random caller for some random supposed debt that you don't owe.
The problem isn't that people owe money or not. It is that these spammers use illegal means to collect. Legit collection companies follow the law and don't act like total douches. - Thia replies to .......It's called "buying and selling" (or even STEALING) personal information. Again, if a VALID, WRITTEN LETTER is not sent - something this company as thus refused to do for anyone - then it's NOT A VALID DEBT.
Also, your grammar sucks - a sure sign of shilldom. :) - Elspeth replies to .......Oh, that's a good one. If a person never took out a payday loan, or was denied, guess what? NO MONEY IS OWED! And if someone is called about a loan which HAS been paid off - again - no money is owed. Just because a scammer calls saying they have all this information, doesn't make it "ligit".
- anonymousI suspicion that USB mediatios, ACS collections, Friedman and Associates, Attorney Scott Frxx National Check Fraud, and PR. Collections (this number). I suspicion are all working together to fraud and scam people out of their money! Getting ready to ask for a physical address. I will be turning them in to the fbi and ftc. These people are scammers. Crooks that bought our personal informatio. Highly illegal.

- anonymousJust called them back and they were very evasive, and rude. I asked several times for a debt validation letter.
They said they would send it to my email. I said no I don't want an email. I want something I can show my attorney.
I bet two to one they won't send it. USB Mediations just had this loan. They were not real. My attorney sent someone out to verify 2809 Wherle Dr. Suite #3 Williamsville, NY 14221 It does not exist. Therefore, I can only conclude that these scammers are working together.- Caller: PR collections
- Call type: Debt collector
- anonymous replies to HatemesometelemarketersExactly that is highly illegal. You need to get an attorney as this company has several complaints pending.
- anonymous1615 Pine Avenue Niagara Falls, NY 14301 also goes to a DM Mediations (PR collections) these people are all working together. This address probably doesn't even exist??

- anonymous replies to Bill WThat is because you will never get one! It is a lot of crock! USB mediations (their sister company) doesn't even exist. My attorney sent someone out to go see if it actually exists so they could be sued for harassment and extortion. No one there. JOke SCam!!

- Anonym| 1 replyThey called my cell phone and left a message for my BROTHER whom died in 2009 and said it was regarding a legal matter and that they needed to talk to him asap. Thanks [***] for making my day!!!! My brother died at 30- way too young and reasons that are still not clear and so this was just uncalled for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- Ms. DebtFreeSo far, we've received about75 computerized calls that leave harassing, threatening messages for a Jacqueline Morgan. IF this person exists, I feel sooooooooo very sorry for her. The phone number called is a Verizon cell phone. So far the caller's phone numbers are: 401-223-3265, 804-420-4844, and 888-295-3814. I've returned the calls many times requesting they stop calling because I've never heard of this person. I began documenting the calls so that if I discover a way to get the police involved, I will do so. My only resolution so far has been to block the calls by using the Verizon website. Perhaps you can also.

- to Mrs butler| 5 repliesMrs Butler... if that is the case then why don't you just forward over the proof that you did pay the balance. unless you thought you did and it was possible that your payment didn't go through do to a NSF that took place. just fax it or e-mail to them, instead of complaining about it take the proper steps to avoid the harassing calls.
- Call type: Debt collector
- Elspeth replies to to Mrs butlerIt's not the responsibility of the alleged debtor to send anything to the debt collections agency - per the FDCPA - the collector is the one who must MAIL proof that the debt is owed by the person and that the agency can legally collect said debt. No proof of debt mailed to alleged debtor = no debt owed.
- Thia replies to to Mrs butler| 3 repliesActually, "burden of proof" rests with the debtor, so unless ANYONE receives an MAILED letter regarding an actual debt, it's scammy.
