You should be ashamed of yourself Norman Strong or Mr. Fitzgerald or whoever you are. You are a scam artist. I have been getting these robo calls for a couple of months for a nother person. I owe no money to no one. I have never had a payday loan. They continually say they are going to remove my number but never to. I have just about had it.

The law office is still at it!!!  I have been receiving calls every day for a person that I do not know.  Today, I started calling them with the recorded message, " this is about a debt.  anything I do is OK.  I will call until I decide to stop."  I called 30 times--back to back.  I requested that they call the police and file a report.  They wont remove my number? Good, attorneys in my state sue for this--$1,500 per erroneous call.  SO, I NEED THEM TO KEEP CALLING AND MAKING MY WALLET FATTER!!

I received a call from Norman Strong stating that I owed a debt from 2011. He told me that they had a lien on some of my property. I called my attorney and gave him the information and they said it was a scam! That rotten [***] should be sued! I was half scared out of my mind! Horrible person!

I got a phone call from Norman Strong from Fitzgerald, Goldman and Associates. He threatened to take my property unless I paid them $300.00. I immediately phoned my attorney who checked into the matter. It turned out that they wouldn't give the name of the company with whom I owed the money to. It turns out that they are a fraudulent company. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!! I am attempting to put together a lawsuit against them for fraud. I suggest all of you do the same. They need to be stopped!

Ok, you seriously need to STOP CALLING. You are obviously trying to scam people with your nonsense. You threaten me, my parents and that's illegal. I work for a law firm and spoke to the attorneys I work with. Instead of you serving me papers you're the one that's going to rot in jail!!

The first thing you can do is call your states attorney general. You can find the number online by going to your state.gov. Or your phone book. It's easier on line though. They can help you. I keep my AG's number in my phone just for these kinds of cases. I hope things work out for you.

Since you paid so readily, they have put you on an easy marks list and have sold it to other criminals pretending to be debt collectors.  Read the following:
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

    Report them:

    http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0149-debt-collection

Also contact your local attorney general

If they continue to bother you,  and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.

    Last known address:

    FITZGERALD GOLDMAN & ASSOCIATES INC
    10540 York Rd STE L-200,
    Cockeysville

You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.  Tell 'em  no scammy debt collector is going to push you around.
You have to get tuff with these people because,  being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking).   the only thing they understand.

They are sooo annoying.  Michael Strong with Fitzgerald Goldman & Assoc.  615-349-1990. they are saying that I took out a loan last year which I did but these guys are scammers.  I wish they would stop.  they had info about my bankruptcy and attorney.  But then again that's all public records.  He talks over me and is rude.  I am reporting him to the attorney general today.

"I wish they would stop."  Both CWG40 and I have given you the information you need to make them stop.

You need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation or cease and desist calling letter (think of it as the best $6.47 you ever invested).  Also send it first class mail in case no one will sign for it.  Make a notion of that fact at the bottom of the letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.  Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front):  http://www.consumeradvocates.org/
