- OshKosh| 2 repliesHey Mike Jones, it seems the laws are here to protect me from vermin like yourself so I can freely say "Go screw yourself"!
You won't see a penny from me,,lmao..
And to all you [***] tards who keep saying "pay your bills".... just like Mike,,, go screw yourself!!!
See there is a rule in place... when someone ruins their credit they must wait 7 yrs to wipe their credit clean,,, in other words people have paid their dues!
And do not try to argue that fact because I reclaimed my credit after my 7 yr period of being blackballed by creditors.....
And I thought we were in some sort of recession? LOL who has money to pay anything now a days....- Caller: Private<<LOL

- DelsymHe has contacted me also, with the same line of bull. I looked up Debt Collector laws and got the Fed. Laws put in place only to find out he has violated more than just a few of those laws. I then contacted an Attorney that deals with this kind of stuff, told her everything pretty much word for word, told her the Laws in which based off Federal Laws that I thought he has Violated, she agreed and as of today I am filing a lawsuit against him and his company and I strongly urge everyone in the USA that has had to deal with this dude to do the same and shut him down.

- StudI bet Joe owes money to his parents, and rents a room from his grandparents, what a phony.
- Stud replies to OshKosh| 1 replyMost of these colection people live with their parents rent free. Maybe they should ask Obama to pay my bills, he pays everyone elses.
- Stud replies to dcsI recieved a phone call from this female telling me that she's a process server and that even if I wasnt served they would still go to trial without me. She then gave me a number which she claimed was my case number in court. She then told me to call 1800-312-0848 and I might be able to stop the court case from going forward, so I called them. Scott Heldoorn answered and told me that If I didnt pay withen 72 hours that I was going to be served and have to appear in court. I told him that the court case # that was giving to me wasnt a case # and that he was a lying con. He called me 2 days later and told me that a court date was coming. He called again under private caller so I answered and he started yelling, and a arguement started. You see, once this collection company realize that your not afraid of them, thats when they stop harrasing you. Their all cowards.

Lake Elsinore, CA. 92530 - unknown replies to ernie the elfThat’s funny that you say that. Because I got the same phone call last night at around 630pm and mike Jones left me an message. When I called back the receptionist that answered the phone said something Corporate. When I asked her what the company name is she would not repeat. But I was more so concern that Mike Jones stated that I called him inquiring about a ligation case filed against me and that I need to contact him back asap. For one I have no case and for two had no clue on what he was talking about. when I spoke with Scott he came off the back and said I owed 2000.00 and needed to be paid within 48hrs or else there going to have an civil case brought against me buy the end of the week. They sent an letter out 45days ago to an old address then he verified another old address. When I tried to ask more about his company he kept replying that I need to come up with 25% of the money. The problem is that I never received any information form this company and I have protection alert on my credit report so whenever something gets cleared off or someone else’s buy the acct I’m notified immediately and today I’m working on my credit and for the creditor he’s talking about is already PAID!!!!!! Since Scott could not get an answer out of me he transferred me to some guy name Shaw. Very rude and very ignorant. Demanding me to pay 4500.. If I paid $498.00 HE WOULD DROP 1498.26.. SO AS WE ARE TALKING HIS VOICE IS ESCALTING THAT I NEED TO PAY MY BILLS AND THAT HES LOOKING AT MY CREDIT REPORT AND THAT I’VE DOING FRAUD AND HES GOING TO SEE THAT SOMETHING IS DONE WITH IT. Since I’m not responding he’s getting extremely upset because I’m asking for documentation from him and he refuses to send me out any notification. He stated “ That NOPE IM NOT SENDING YOU OUT ANY INFORMATION, NOPE IM NOT, NOPE IM NOT” IM GARNISHING YOUR WAGES FOR 365 A MONTH TIL THIS DEBIT IS PAID OFF!!!! Don’t call me at all nor this company… ILL SEE YOU PEROSNALLY AT YOUR EMPLOYMEN T FIRST THING IN THE MORNING SERVING YOU WITH YOUR COURT ORDER AND YOU BETTER HAVE A LAWYER PRESENT AND HUNG THE PHONE UP”
ALL I COULD DO IS LAUGH. BECAUSE IF YOU’RE THE OWER OF THE COMPANY AND YOUR DEMANDING MONEY THAT WAY YOUR NOT GONNA SUCCESSED AT ALL. Just successding by numerous law suites. I’ve contact my attorney and the attorney generals office and I found out some rather good and interesting information.. but from what I was told is that Mr. Shaw is an scavenger debit collector and he has violated a lot of Debit collector Laws and Federal Guideline laws as well!! - a personSpoke with Shaw who started yelling and screaming at me when I told him I knew my rights. Said that he wasn't going to settle at all now and my $700 debt is now $4k and he WILL see me in court and blah blah blah. Yes. 5 years ago I let an account go to collections. Yep, I screwed up. I do not under any means though deserve to be screamed at, threatened with legal action and told that my employer is going to know what I do with my money. Dude... take me to court. I would love to see this before a judge.

- His WifeI received a call from this same company today on my company issued cell phone. Mike Jones called from a with held number and left a msg looking for my ex-husband in the matter of a Civil Suit. I called back to get some information on the matter and was told that my name was also added to the suit. This is matter that was prior to our marriage. I was then told by Mr. Shaw that MY bank accounts would be seized and my wages garnished for the amount of $3444. I told him that he would need to speak with my lawyer because this is not my debt and he told me that it was because we were married and he was going to get HIS money one way or another and not to call him again. He was VERY rude when I told him that I would have to let him speak with my lawyer.

- concerned citizenA friend of mine has been receiving the exact same calls, threats to be sued, accusations of fraud, and plenty of profane and abusive language. I'm trying to find out more about the company, does anyone have any additional information? I think Bloomfield Financial Group is a total scam. I've been able to find companies by this name but they are not the same ones making these calls. I have located a Bloomfield Financial Group and Bloomfield financial services in Michigan, but when I called them they were very friendly and informative, stating that they people calling were not them, plus their phone numbers didn't match. I found a Bloomfield Financial Group Inc located in california but it is an insurance company. So far these people calling have avoided detection because I don't have enough information on them. All I have is the same 1-888-312-0848 number that everyone has and that phony address they gave out.
DOES ANYONE HAVE A DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER FOR THE DEBT COLLECTORS?
OR A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
IF I CAN GET ADDTIONAL INFORMATION TO LOCATE/IDENTIFY THIS COMPANY THEY WILL BE BROUGHT TO COURT.
Also the people who keep posting "pay your bills", "they helped me settle my debt", etc., those are post by the debt collector trying to convince people to pay them.
These people are not legitimate and do not operate within the law. Do not give them any information, especially bank or credit card information. Tell them they are violating the FDCPA, and that you are contacting an attorney. They cannot arrest you, and they won't sue you or bring you to court because it costs too much for them to do that, compared to the amount of debt that is owed. Also they won't sue you because most likely they have no actually proof of the debt, which is needed. So just go ahead and mess with them and tell them to sue you.
HAVE SOME FUN WITH THE COLLECTORS BECAUSE THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING TO YOU. THEY ARE NOT LEGAL AND THEREFORE WILL NOT AND CANNOT SUE YOU
the reason I'm looking for more information on them is because I'm an attorney who reguarly sues debt collectors. If I can find out more about the company I will sue them like I have so many other companies in the past.- Caller: BFG? but thats a lie

- BRGot my first call from Todd Shaw in early November. Stated pending legal action, need to resolve right away. This is a card I defaulted on for less than 2 grand. Rough spot, guess it makes me a deadbeat, whatever. He offered a good deal, it seemed to make sense, so I asked for his offer in writing. But I never impulse buy, so I never responded to his offer. He has been threatening 'papers' 'civil suit' 'process server'. I decided my debts do not need to make me paralyzed with fear. Looked into it deeply, this debt is outside statute of limitataions (6 years). i called and told him that, he really argued and threatened some more. Said he would sue for fraud, etc etc. Called my attorney, was advised to see if papers ever actually show up. getting a summons simply means you are asked to appear in court. It doesnt mean you cant still cut a deal before the court date. There are no debtors prisons anymore. Been reading different posts all day, appears this guy is a big time junk debt, uncollectable debt buyer. I plan to fight him, and I know how to fight if its necessary.

- EstreaAre people verifying their Credit Reports before paying???? I received this call and pulled my credit report, I have no past due or delinquent accounts and I've never defaulted on any credit cards or loans. I think this is a total scam and the people who are saying this is legit probably work for "Mr. Shaw"

- dentist replies to Studguys its a buisness. my friend does this for a living and his office did 95,000 in revenue this month of dec. the debt is valid and its purchased for pennys on the dollar. the staff is only 13 collectors its a big buisness and the facts are they can sue u! they wont because it costs too much and all they will get is a judgement on your credit report. but lets be real everyone on here charged up these cards the debt is valid just pay the princibal balace! dont go over. if your card was 750 settle for that. dont let them say 1500 or else. offer the original debt they have to take it and report paid on your credit.
- Tracy M.| 3 repliesFound this site 2 weeks ago and didn't follow through on the settlement I agreed to. Got served at work yesterday and called these guys. Well, they were rude, refused to reapprove my settlement and laughed about the fees, etc. I'm starting to think that many of these posts are THEM because they don't really want settlements, they want those fees, etc. Thanks!

- Stacy W.| 1 replyI just want everyone who reads these posts to know that the real scam is Bllom Financial acting like they want to settle your account. The truth is that I had agreed to settle my account in 3 payments. I gave my debit information and the 1st payment went through OK but the second one declined. When I told them that the funds were later available I was told the settlement was history and I owed the original suit amount. Well, I refused to pay that amount, was sued and am now getting my wages attached.
I believe that the posts encouraging people to refuse payment are from Bloom because they want all the fees that idiots like me end paying.- Caller: Bloom Financial
