- Caller: BellSouth
- Love America, Hate AT&TThis guy from AT&T with very hard to understand broken english kept calling saying he was from AT&T Tech Support. We are a law office and I had placed a call to AT&T Tech Support just a couple of days prior to this because our internet was down so I thought this man was calling us back in reference to that. Much to my surprise after approx. a dozen calls from this person he upgraded our business account to 6.0 DSL without my permission. We kept telling him to quit calling but he continued to do so.
- Caller: At&T

- NicholeNot sure who was calling from this number. They called my cell phone. When I answered they refused to say anything and hung up. Therefore I googled the #.
- dsl user| 1 replyI received a call from this #. It was ATT verifying that service arranged had taken place. It was a legitimate follow-up.
- Caller: att
- Call type: Unwanted
- Ares replies to dsl userWhat do you mean like to verify a account made in your name?
- roy boygot a letter from supposedly AT&T about denied services due to bad credit rating and gave a # to call. I googled the # and found to be a scam. Very convincing letter. Beware !

- AmyThis number is not some scam. Calling to verify an installation appointment for AT&T U-verse. They just want to make sure appt time is good and that someone over 18 will be there. They do not ask for any info, no account numbers, ssn or anything personal.
- Caller: AT&T
- Call type: Event reminder
- SimonI got a call from this number confirming an AT&T U-verse installation. Problem is, I never ordered AT&T U-verse! It's either some sneaky marketing technique to get you to agree to U-verse installation, or some other junk. I never requested this service.
- Caller: AT&T
- d.moorerec'd a robo call from them today thanking us for upgrading our dsl. we did NOT upgrade dsl. stayed on hold waiting for someone to come on line to ask, ended up sending an email and waiting on a response. this is a business line, and i had a block to any added services put on our account a while back, and i'm supposedly the only one who can change services. we'll see what they respond to my email with....

- restorationgirl1 (888) 321-2375 is the ph number listed on my bill from AT&T for Internet services bill questions. I can't even tell you what morons these people are. We suffered with them for years until we found Morris Broadband. Our neighbor and ourselves both switched because of the lack of any resolvement with phone, internet we had with AT&T. Both our neighbor and ourselves have literally gone for well over 2 months with intermittent and often no phone service / internet service over the last 3+ years. The phone part of AT&T says it's not them, the internet part of AT&T says it's not them and I'm not kidding you: my neighbor and ourselves have spent well over 80 hrs on our cell phones trying to get things resolved. It's like banging your head against a wall. We've reset our modem /router so many times we tell them how to do it & we tell them it won't work, but like little drones they make us do it over and over again. It's in their line but they won't fix it. Ace hardware store 22 miles away had the same problem at the same time this year when we were when my dad visited Ace for the first time. He overheard someone say the computers were down... then he heard someone else say the phones were down too. He asked if they had AT&T: sure enough. I called them today because our bill for last month came in and it jumped from $100 to $193. I spent over 3 minutes 'talking' to a computer which informed me near the beginning 'we're experiencing unusually high call volume & your wait time may be over 15 min." only to find out after going through their menu ad nauseum that they are closed for Christmas! AT&T is the most unorganized, uncaring, unmotivated, moronic organization we have every dealt with. Glad to finally be done with them.
- AndyThese people called me 3 times in 5 minutes in the middle of class. Glad to hear everyone else is having problems with them, I thought it might be something important. This might explain one case of identity theft on my mother's credit card, giving someone a few hundred miles away upgraded internet, though.
- GREGot a call. Could not answer. No message left. By looking at previous comments, it's AT&T Universe, which I did not order nor is it available in my area. Fairly concerned.
- JHOOYes, this is ATT technical support - was a legitimate call for us.
- Caller: ATT
- JoeyAfter all these years, this number called my land line today. Since I have nothing with AT&T, and have NO intentions to go with them for anything, I'm glad I didn't answer. After reading the comments, I've blocked the number.
- Caller: AT&T or Scam?
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- wainaCalled and because so many names ans numbers are spoofed, I did not answer. The caller ID is ATT and I do have ATT service (well I pay them, don't get much service). My thought is if the call is real, they will leave a message. No message. Searched te number and it is an east coast ATT number but I am 2000 miles away.
- Caller: ATT
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- PIZZEDI've never had ATT nor ever talked to them. This number is most likely being spoofed, making it an illegal telemarketing call. Even if you have their service be very careful what info you give out. Your better off calling them back directly.
- Caller: SCAMMER
- Call type: Telemarketer
