I received a call from this number (person had very broken English) saying they wanted to reduce my bill (imagine that ha ha). He asked how much I was paying. I told him if he worked for ATT then he had access to that information. He kept asking what I was paying and I kept saying he had that information if he truly worked for ATT. He then informed me that I paid $167 per month for phone, Direct TV and internet. First, that amount is totally incorrect and second, we do not have internet available through ATT where we live. When I told him his amount was wrong and we don't have internet access, he hung up.

So the guy with the middle eastern accent called (he's called from several numbers over the last month) and said he's from AT&T/DirecTV, selling some internet/tv bundle. Caller ID says "ATT". The caller ID is spoofed. Of course Business DSL Tech Support doesn't sell DirecTV. AT&T told me that they check the Do Not Call registry for any marketing call, whether it's an existing customer or not. If you're on the registry and get a sales call from AT&T, you know it's a scam.

Caller ID said  A T & T  -- the number was 888-321-2375. I don't have AT&T; never have. Never in the past have I ever spoken to anyone from AT&T ... this was not a courtesy call or a reminder, blah, blah, blah, as I've seen in the blogs from prior years, unless they called the wrong number, which I doubt. I'd say it's a scam -- and I'm also on the National Do Not Call registry.

Caller ID is ATT but they never leave a message.  A legitament caller will leave a message.  ATT should shut these people down.

Lots of calls from AT&T in the last month. All go to answer, and no message is ever left. I have never had AT&T anything, so there is no reason for a call from tech support. As in the case of the other numbers, I blocked this one as well.

Call and hang up... I don't have AT&T, haven't had it for years, don't want it.  Since some people who actually have business with AT&T indicate that this is a valid number,so  I would have to assume that it is spoofed, certainly fraudulent.

if this is from ATT then I have no idea why they would call.  called - left no message.  don't have ATT service at all.  blocked!

Scammers using At a net number..888-321-2375 and  800-288-2020...never a message..we dont use AT and T..dong answer

This number called me on 1/30/18 with called ID ATT. Did not answer on the other end. Called me again today 2/7/2018 using 800-288-2020 called ID  ATT

it is valid att phone, rep was calling me back from conversation i had w/him 5 min prior

1. If you know who the number belongs to, why did you look it up?
2. Scammers spoof legitimate numbers all the time.
