Called 3/22/10 @ 12:35 PM CST and announced my name with a voicebot recording and offered an option to connect to a rep or to call them back @ 888-322-1295. I called the # and it was a law firm, but couldn't understand the name. The person answering the phone sounds uneducated (I don't mean to be rude) and like he has a mouth full of crackers, which isn't very impressive for a law firm. I had him spell what he was saying and they gave me, Budzik & Dynia, LLC. They were trying to collect a debt. They are located in Chicago.

i had a call from the same company with the same issues but the called from 773-902-1130, did you guys know that if they are lying about being lawyers and are saying that just to scare you into paying a debt they are violating the fair debt collection practices and you can actually sue them.

I too have had the same type of situation.  Almost to the T like TE.  It is such a coincedence.  The man answered hello like he was at home and I called him.  He asked me who I was and when I asked who he was he blurred out his name and company.  When I asked what his name was he just handed the ph. over to someone named Lisa ...... who sounded foreign.  She then asked me if I was so, and so and then said, why are you refusing to say who you are?  Then she got upset and made me upset and hung up.  Funny uh?

They are probably a small firm organized to deal with the massive amt of defaults.  Their fax number is:  773-482-6200.  You can fax them a cease and desist letter and they have to stop calling you.  It's most effective if you have it refer them to your bankruptcy attny.

Call several times every day - I never answer phone but they continue to call.  They also call under another number.

They called me and when I called back to say no one by the name they were looking for lived here, and for them to stop calling he got very rude and said have a nice day and I repeated to him to stop calling and he just kept saying have a nice day, ok.  He sounded just like my ex husband so he really ticked me off.  I hope this time they stop calling....

Woman identifying herself as Tianna Smith constantly calls, leaves messages claiming to be with the law firm of Butzik and Daynia. Asks for calls back or calls from my attorney. Clearly words it so it sounds extremely serious, etc.  I know they're calling as collectors. Also refers to something mailed to my home.
They use 773-902-1130.  Have not returned the call as they are calling the wrong guy, but I'm not going to bring that pain on myself.

I called and spoke to a miguel quinones very rude i asked questions regarding their company info address and they hunged up the phone the are scamming they represent themselves as attorney.it fraud and they should be reported

They called at 8:58 PM so I answered and asked who was calling. Guy gave me name Andre James but spoke really fast & rather poor English. I asked who he called from and had him spell it out because I couldn't understand him.  He spelled out b-u-d-c-i-k-d-n-y-n-i-a. I explained it was illegal for him to call after 8PM. Guy asked about my bankruptcy, which I don't have, lol, then he acted confused and disconnected. Looked company up and its Budzik & Dynia, a half-ass website under construction. Judging by this everyone's remarks here looks like they are scammers.

I just got off the phone with them.. When I requested Texas Debt Collection license, they refused to give it to me.

Cannot resolve a debt with an organization that is not legit or will not provide proper data.

Just got off the phone with Al from Budzik & Dynia.  He told me he would get rid of my debt if I would play golf with him.  I thought that was weird, but I took him up on the offer since he was not far from my house.  We met at the course, I paid, of course.  But, after an enjoyable round with Al, he cancelled my debt and reported the debt as satisfied to the debt collection companies.  I don't know if you guys had a bad experience, but they are legit and in my experience a pleasure to work with.

I just checked my credit report and Budzik&Dynia have made a hard inquiry on it. Are they allowed to do this? I don't even know what this is for and certainly didn't consent to it.

Call and hang up each time after saying nothing. Dead Air  each time

Got a call from this number, 773-902-1130. Woman identified herself as Gyzette from the Attorney's office of Budzik & Dynia, calling on behalf of Bank of America, attempting to collect on a debt. Something about they being retained by BOA and working on a "Pre-Legal Status". She asked me to pay some astronomical amount of money. I said no, and please prove to me who you are. She said some legalese stuff, then disconnected.

Left me staring at the phone, thinking to myself, "WTF?!?!"

They are LLC. Limited Liability Company. See the limits they have, not too much they can do but call and harrass people and then hang up. I am about ready to sue for harrassing me by telephone. They have no legitimate reason to call me. I pay for this phone.  I owe them nothing and I don't see where they can legally get by calling on a consistent basis. They could also be calling for old debts that have reached a Statute of Limitations in your state just some FYI for everyone.  But legally, they cannot harrass a person. I am about to call the phone company and then take it from  there. They are looking for a different person I don't know and they continue to call here. It is Budzik and Dynia LLC !

They have been harassing my brother in law for weeks, trying to call me. When he tells them that he is not me, they hang up on him. He finally got them to give their phone number today (888-322-1295). I called the firm and they said the name so fast I couldn't get it written down, thanks to you above for helping. They told me I owe a big balance to HSBC via a Carson's retail store account. I have never done business, or even heard of, a Carson's retail store. I certainly don't remember spending a bunch of money there. When I asked them to provide some sort of proof of the products or services that were provided for the amount they wanted me to pay, they told me that it was up to me to obtain that information. I don't know what to do!

I got a call from a coworker on Dec 10, saying that someone from Budzik & Dynia had called looking for me. They claimed they had tried to contact me, but that they needed to leave a message with a live person about a legal matter that was pending against me. They had NEVER tried to contact me.. not at home, not at work, not on my cell, and not by mail. That was their first ever attempt, but even if they had, it is illegal for them to mention anything about my situation to anyone but me! The account was mine, but it had been turned over to them by mistake. BOA admitted to this mistake, seeing as how I had already paid off the credit card. But, before BOA had a chance to recall the account, Glenda from Budzik & Dynia called to tell me that I had to pay them $4600 immediately. When I told her I had already paid off the account, she told me that I was lying and owed them the money. I faxed her bank statements going back 2 years that showed I had made consistent monthly payments, on time, and with sufficient funds. She said that was not good enough and that if I refused to pay, they would seek further legal action against me. She was very rude, beligerent, disrespectful, and degrading. Even after I got the matter resolved with BOA, her firm continued to call me and demand payment. They are the most horrible people I have ever dealt with, and I worked in customer service in the hospitality industry for years.. and dealt with some pretty awful people. Just don't answer their calls. Try to research for yourself what is going on because as I was told they "won't call anyone" because "that is the customer's job".

Budzik & Dynia.  Totally Evil.  Have called several relatives even though they have my current phone # and address.  Woman named "Precious Hill".  Sounds like she looks like Precious from the movie.

I keep receiving the same calls. First off it sounds like they are calling from an old rotary phone with an awful buzzing noise and in the background there it's sounds like someone is just watching TV. They leave no message and when they do there is a long pause with then blurt out, "How do you get away with it?"
My thoughts? The same way you do!!
If I have a debt that needs to be satisfied I would be more than happy to settle it. But when you call as if to be talking to me from the back room of your broken down bungalow and say rude things, how am I suppose to take you seriously?
