I rec'd several calls from 877-867-9201 aka 888-322-1295 which they left no msg.   I had a friend of mine call this number 877-867-9201.  She asked if this was a law firm (which we are on speaker).  It took a few minutes for a response   He said "OH YES" while chewing in our ears and talking to someone else at the same time.   Both of us worked in the legal field so we know what questions to ask.  The male individual on the other the end of the phone was eating the whole time when asking questions (which was avoided).  We could not understand him to his response to our questions (HUMMM interesting).  My friend asked for the name of the company, person in charge, address and phone number.  He asked an assistant for an envelope with the information on it while chewing the whole time.  You have to be kidding me, you work there and calling me and no msg..... HELLO!   My friend had to ask him several times for the correct name of the company, etc.  It took 5 minutes to get an answer from him.  He was laughing the whole time.

Now these calls are coming in more recently after the first of the year.  Budzik and Dynia has taking over accounts from P.N. Financial and Associates. I did my research.  Big SCAM..... DON'T PAY A THING. They are both located in Illinois.  Tape record your info.  I did from my cell to a recorder. I am also going to the Congress on this as well.  Stop this harrassing CRAP.

I got a call from Tianna Smith as well - same scenario.  I called them back because they had my personal cell number - they are debt collectors, all calls are recorded and will be used against you.  I went from talking to Tianna who appeared to be the "get them to relax person" to "Glenda" who was a "manager" who appeared to be the "close the deal and make them give up a bank account number".  No way I am giving a abitrary voice my bank account number over the phone after one phone call.   I made them lay out as many options as they could give me, then I told them I had to think about it.  She begrudgingly gave me an hour.  I called back and said I wasn't comfortable committing to anything because I needed more time and they said call back in the morning. I repeated what I said this morning and she basically said sorry we couldn't help like I had signed my own death warrant.

This company is a second rate lone shark.  They threaten to contact you work place, will not send me any paper work and got pissed when I refused to give them my bank account information over the phone to a perfect stranger.  They will try to intimidate you with threats and tell you they don't send any mail out and back track and tell you they sent it three days ago.  If you pay attention you will catch a lot of BS from them and aske them for anything and they begin to threaten you.  SECOND RATE LONE SHARKS.  
I can now pay off my debts and this company want wo charg what you owe plus $500.00 more.  Very rude people and defensive when asked about legal questions.  Not a law firm at all they can't even put together a conversation.

They are hucksters. Called my number and I told them if you have a case file it in court. I know I don't owe a thing, That was 6 months ago. They call virtually everyday, often twice a day. I have the ring for it blocked, but see it on caller id.

Only a huckster supposed lawyer who is told to file against  you refuses to. Why? They know they don't have a case they are just hoping people are stupid enough to pay debts they don't owe.

Of course they are nice, they cancelled your debt!!!

I rcvd the call from 1-773-902-1130  a Mr. Wallace Harrington  #373520.  Called my job threatened to attach my paycheck and called Human Resources.  I am filing a complaint with the Better Busainess Bureau knew he had me stuck on the phone aty work.  Rude, degrading   Mgr is Lisa Ortiz I am calling my bank to explain to them what happned let them get thier 1st payment and wait for the attorney General to call them back.  They are leaving threatening messages at my job on voicemail.  Budzik & Dynia, Llc Massachusettes is looking for you

I just called these jokers back and asked them for their license number to call collect in the state (they have to be licensed in whatever state they are calling) and they kept referring me to the web site to their DNC (do not call) request page. Complete moron's.. NOT To mention the number they called on came up on my caller ID as a State Farm Insurance persons number, and after contacting him, let's just say he was not to happy..I've now sent this onto my State Legislature and I'm going to pursue this.

Called 9/15/11 @ 9:40 AM EST with a voicebot recording stating  there would be a 3 second pause to confirm I was who they were calling. The voicebot continued & stated by continuing I was confirming who they were calling & that there would be another 3 second pause to ensure I listened to the rest of the message in private as it pertained to a personal information. Once that pause was up the voicebot then said this was a call from the Law Firm of Budzik & Dynia & was an attempt to collect on a debt. Didn't mention what debt they were refering to or what  company they were collecting for but left a six digit CDL number? The voicebot then started to leave a number to call them back on but only gave 8 of the 10 digist required to call them back on the supposed toll free number. Doesn't sound like a legite operation to me. I don't care if they are a "REAL" law firm or not. If you can't ensure your voicebot messaging service is working properly & leaving proper contact info I'm not calling you back. Especially when I have no idea what debt you claim you're trying to recover & what company you're trying to recover the debt for.

When I got my divorce, we sent certified mail to each of our creditors to have them come to court to prove which one of us (me or my ex) actually owed the debt. None of the creditors showed up, and a judgement was issued saying that the debt was no longer valid. After 4 yrs the calls are coming in from one creditor. We have both sent cease & desist letters, and they just sell the debt to someone else. What can we do to stop this crap????

this firm is a law firm and one of the "expertise" is debt collection. Just don't answer the phone if you don't know whom it is. They have like (3) 800# and (4) 772#

The link below will take you to the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Illinois ("ARDC").  I plan to file a complaint with the Court based upon a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA").  They left a message on a business phone which violates the FDCPA (as well as individual privacy rights), regarding a bill that was not due until December 1, 2011.  They called and harassed us BEFORE the bill was even due.  The bill was paid today, November 30, 2011.  An attorney can be disbarred for ethics violations as well as violations of law.  I will also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") based upon their violation of the FDCPA, as well as write a letter to all of my Federal Senators and Representative.  Educate yourself and then go get them - I am!  Good luck!

My ex-coworker received a phone call from Melinda Campoi who called for me at a job that I left 6 years ago.  She needed to talk to me before I got "steam-rolled".  She left a message for me to call her at 888-322-1295 and the company was Budzick & Dynia. I looked up the company's name and found that it was for a Real Estate Law Firm and I was confused as to why a Firm in Chicago would be contacting me when I'm in Hawaii. Then looked up the phone no. and found that it's for a collection agency....For who?...Why ME?

AMATEURS! Jerks with attitudes. Collecting for Trak America (re-manufactured debts?) These two must not have been very good at Business Law, Estate Planning or Real Estate. Or, Trak America could have sold them some Blue Sky debt collector juice, either way, they are way out of their element. Why would would anyone give up their good names and reputation to be associated with Trash America? They must think the money will be worth it. Sure is a lot of Blue Sky out there.

I don't have any out standing bills. I get a call everyday almost from them. Ihave told them they have the wrong person. but they don't care. Been going on for six months.

I have received calls and letters from these Jokers. I completely ignore them and refuse to acknowledge the debt. WORD OF ADVICE .... Never, Never, Never acknowledge the debt. Tell them
to send you all the Statements and Documentation proving you owe the debt in question. Do not give them your name or address. The more information you give them the more they will hound you to collect the debt. They are not authorize by the bank or debt collector, they buy the records from the bank or debt collector and then they try to collect the debt. The Bank has already written the debt off and has placed it in the uncollected file (end of story). This company makes their money by intimidating you into paying a debt that may be many years old. Don’t play their games and completely ignore them and their calls.
