- mur replies to MurHaving seen now what's been going on with this company, I decided to give them a call. Got straight through to someone very reasonable who looked up my number and then asked if my name was something I'd never heard of. When I said no, she asked how long I'd had this number, and then said the calls WERE in fact for a previous owner. She told me she would remove my number from the account and that I should not receive any more calls. We'll see if that actually ends up being the case.
- Death1 more time... Just give me a reason u collection SCUMBAGS!

- SeraI've been getting strange calls to my home & cell phone, recently change my home phone # & unlisted it, with Rogers, and recently got a call from this very loud female voice on my answering machine, who did not identify herself in any way other than to say that their unidentified service was instructed with full authority to take immediate action on our outstanding Rogers account. Not certain that these two callers are related in any way, but I am somewhat suspicious.
First of all, our bills are paid up to date, and most of the time, before the due date. We were instructed to call 1-888-332-2284 as this matter is very important and they had been instructed to bring the matter to a prompt conclusion.
It's comforting to know that others are receiving these calls, and it must be a scam because it sounds like Rogers has confirmed that they don't have any record of this collection company. Not sure how to stop the calls other than perhaps you could ask your phone company to block that number?- Caller: Unidentified service

- RedThis number started calling Tuesday. And has called every day since. I use a prepaid cell and don't give my number out and I've had the same number for years. Today I answered the call and only heard the same recording. I yelled back and hung up.
- GudSome sort of robocall. They claim I'm owing Rogers, not true, and always paid regularly. How do they know I'm with Rogers anyway?
- Call type: Debt collector
- Fraud AlertKnonw offshore telemarketing fraud pretending to be the Rogers billing department. This is a fraud, and potential victims should hang up the phone and not provide any information or credit card information to this caller.
Repeat - This is a phishing fraud, not a legitmate call from Rogers.

- why me?I found a message on my phone indicating that I have been send to collections by Rogers, I phoned Rogers and they told me that they are not using this company (Contact Resorce Services) for colletions. So it is a scam.I always pay my bill on time, I find it irritating to have to deal with this.

- KristaI do have rogers for my phone plan, and a couple of days ago I started getting calls from this number. They claimed that my account was outstanding and were calling from "Contact Resource Services". I checked my account bills & balances, and nothing is out of place. The message left on my phone the first time sounded very unprofessional and didn't introduce themselves as rogers until halfway through the message. I hope this helps if it happens to you to, it's definitely a scam.

- joshif you get this call everyday and you called the companies it ask you to call back with no help at all. you are frustrated, angry and helpless, I guess the last thing to do is to report to your local police department for this phone harassment, spam, fraud... If we all do this, it may stop this soon. I bet some police officers gets the same calls too.
- AngieThis is Contact Resource collection agency....regular calls here, same thing I called Rogers to inquire as our acct. is paid on time monthly etc., I think my stepson used our number as a contact when getting a cell and has now not paid the bill so they are calling here......maybe someone else has used your numbers in same manner......have decided I will have fun with them next time as they call for different ppl and different reason/acct. that are not ours.

- Kiera| 1 replyGot calls from this number EVERY MORNING around 7-8am weekdays for months already!!!!!!
I never have a Rogers a/c or anything
Most ridiculous thing is - they are actually calling my HOME phone number, which is an internet phone linked with my cable provider with Bell, plus I rarely give out my home no to any companies other than Gov't and friends
I don't even have any idea how they got my number and keep harassing me
If there's anything I can do to stop this call, love to know thanks!- Caller: Contact Resource Services

- Haise replies to KieraI have been getting these calls for three weeks, since I switched my phone number. I called back this morning, spoke to a polite CSR, and told her that I was probably not the person they were looking for. they asked if I was Bryan, or Jason, and I said no. She said they would remove my number from the automated list within 48 hours.
I'll let you know what happens, but as it stands now, it seems like an easy thing to fix. - Addy replies to mandiDon't pay unless you can confirm the account information with Rogers and also do a credit check on yourself to even see if there is this debt there talking about. Honestly I wouldn't pay a dime!
- aghsdidn't pick up the phone no message left behind ,got these call before they never leave a message
- Caller: don't know
- Had_enoughGet this call umpteen times per day, for the last 4 months..don't answer it any more. Messages on my voice a
mail say it's from Contact Resource Services saying they want someone (whom I don't know). They want to resolve a Rogers issue and I am given their phone number 1-888-332-2284 and a "reference number" to quote. Get the calls all times of the day and evening. Seems like may be a recording, or at least the same rep, as it's the same voice. I am totally FED UP. I tried calling today to set them straight that this person doesn't live here, and called at 6pm on a Friday. Just got a recording saying their hours are M-F 8a-9p and Sat 8a-3p...and it hung up.- Caller: Contact Resource Services

- sheri replies to Nobodyishere| 1 replyThey are a legit Collection Agency. I panicked when I saw this post for I received a call from them and paid in full what I owed. I did have money outstanding with Rogers. I called Rogers with the confirmation # that the collection agency gave me. They verified that the collection agency is legit and monies oweing.
