And be aware that scammers often post to 800notes pretending to be customers of the "service" being offered.

I think we should do a serious class action and also bring Rogers into this and sue them to so they help.  My account was cleared - but Rogers will not do anything to help.  Interesting enough I have a private phone line and they got it - that is illegal in Canada to access a private listed phone number.  

Anyone else on board, we only need three.  I am sure that with the number of people getting this issue, we have a large suit - any legal firm would be happy to do.  I also found out that this company had a big legal issue in Alberta and were found guilty - it is time to SHUT THEM DOWN FOR GOOD.  Put them in jail where they belong or financially harm them so they cannot stand again.

I'm getting calls for a name I haven't been under for at least 15 years, for a bill that I don't owe.  I've been with Rogers for years, and had the same phone numbers and such for all those years.  I've received no letter notifying me of any debt.  Under Ontario law they have to notify someone of a bill prior to calling, and after two years of no action on a debt it's statute barred and they can no longer try to collect on it.  These people are the lowest form of scum - even if I owed this bill (which I don't) I wouldn't pay it to these parasites.
