Insurance took the car that was a total loss over a month ago and is going to pay the loan off, also Gap insurance should have covered the rest yet they keep calling me and harassing me for payment. The insurance company came and picked up the car in May, the accident happened in April, it is now July...

No idea why they keep calling. I have no loans, never driven or owned a car, and don’t know anyone so no one could use me as a “reference”.   I’ve had this ph number for 20 yrs.   I Blocked these scammers.

Debt collection scam by Westlake Financial. They've called me from a few different numbers. I have no outstanding debt and if I did a real debt collector would contact me by mail, not phone.
