Same old scam people - foreigner telling to call them immediately because I will have the police after me.   they have don't this for a year and use different phone number, different names and different agencies, but they read the same story - I wish I could get a hold of them and ring their neck!

I have had these foreigners call me periodically saying the same thing to me.  They state that they will get the police after me if I don't pay my bill, and they've even said that if I don't pay my bill, then it'll "rain down on me"...oiy!  They keep calling me from different phone numbers from New York, California, Texas, Florida, and now one from New Hampshire.  And what's frustrating is that there is nothing you can do about it.  I've tried complaining to the FDA, they don't care.  And you can tell these foreigners that you know what they are up to, and it doesn't matter.  They still keep it up, and threaten.  I definitely would like to get my hands around their neck!!!  Here is their latest phone # 530-287-4269.

I got a call from these people saying they were going to charge me with collateral 2 check fraud, violation of federal banking laws, and theft by deception.  They said they would take me to court and I would loose my job.  I took down all the information including the company they said they were collecting for.  I then called that company and reported it.  I also called my bank, because they had personal information.  I then called the police and the local district attorney and reported everything.  These people must have thought I was truly and idiot and would send them money.  I cant believe nobody has done anything.

I just now received a call from them, which you can't even understand what they're saying.  They left a message on my cell phone with their number which is now, 888-346-6878.  Then they called me at work and I just happened to be on this site reading about them.  I told him I knew they were a scam, I was on this website reading about them and suggested they don't call me again and hung up.

THIS IS A SCAM. Scammers are using bought/hacked loan application data to extort payments for fictitious debts from victims and victims' families and friends.

Its a scam folks, dont listen to these clowns, but if youve used cashnet or a website to try and get a loan or payday advance thats why they are calling. you never got the loan but they'll swear you did. been dealing with these idiots calling my job since 2008. they usually use prepaid phones this is the first 800 # i have seen. guess they have finally ripped off enough people to get a more legit looking #

david jones with an indian accent called me and threatened my job. but when i said my attorney would be calling him back and i was done talking he actually started yelling at me and threatened to come to my work. he said they had serious allegations attached to my name and social sec #. he never did tell me what it was regarding because i refused to give him any info besides my name. he claims he couldnt open my account. he called from 888 346 6878

i got a call at my work today from these people with all my personal info... bank acc number dob i mean EVERYTHING. they were first claming that i took out a loan from a check company type thing but after about an hour or so they then said i owed 411 to a cab company for a loan i took out... . they also thrented to call my manager and cost me my job here as well.

I jsut got a vm at work from these idiots. I got a call last week from sounded like the same people. Only the ididot actually gave me an address and the law firm he said he was working for. Hmmm his area code was 678 and the law firm's was 212.. anyway he said he was working for the law offices of Stephen Cooper and gave me a NY address. I pulled this lawyer up and the address matched. I called Mr Cooper and told him about the call I got and he told me that he did not know why these people chose him to claim they work for but he has no clue who these people are, he said nigerians and he said for anyone who gets a call us ing his name please contact the local FBI and reprot it.

I have been recieving phone calls at work from very mean people stating i owe them money. I don't owe any money and they will not stop calling me

i have been repeatedly been calling these chumps to reduce their productivity and i think they stopped picking up the phone...i also filled their mailboxes with obscene messages lol

 Getting call plenty of times in couple of minutes,Yes why? Because its very panicky if a person is taking a loan & not paying back moreover blaming the loan company cant even resist, if you guys are so sure that you haven't taken any loan,why you all are afraid to deal this in Legal way.

I was at work today and I got a call for 888-346-6878, and it was some Indian sounding guy saying that I took out a payday loan, and that legal act was going to be taken towards me. Then he said that I'll see you in court and this will effect your job cause your employer will find out about this. Next he said if i give hime my credit card number that I could pay it off over the phone right now, and this way we could settle it out of court, and he said he would send me a recipt in the mail in 24 hours. I was kind of suprized at first that this guy was bold enough to try and pull this stunt, so I asked him to send me some type of paper wrok saying that I recieved money from that company, and he said that he could only send it to my layer. So I asked him his name and he said nick, so then I started asking him more detailed questions and he started getting mad. So he hung up and I called back, but some American speaking guy picked up the phone and then he quickly changed his voice back to the Indian voice, so I asked him his name and he said Jamies Brown....At that point I was done with it all. So tomorrow I'm going to JAG and my legal office and report the everthing that happen...Do not buy into this scam.....And do not give them your credit card number...

I got a very similar call at my place of employment They kept calling, I tried handling their calls in a civil manner, but they would hang up and call again. I already have my lawyers workng on it, these people are in for some serious trouble. They said that I was a felon and a criminal and dirt, then they threatened me with taking my vehicles, home, and I could be in imminent danger if I did not give them payment information. I have my credit reports, banks, credit cards... everything is on lockdown.

This truly is a scam, it is ridiculous that we are defensely against these people.  They repeated harrassed me for several weeks back in January and when I realized it was a scam, I simply told them that I was not me and that they had the wrong number.  They stopped calling, because for one thing they could not prove I was lieing or that I was not me! LOL  They have now started calling me again, thick East Indian accent but says his name is Robert Davis and this time the scam is a little more polished.  He was very patient, didn't use any threatening tactics, but of course the story was the same, that he was calling from "Law Office"  no specific Law office name was given.  But, he was calling from the Law & Investigations Dept. and that a case was being filed against me in Federal Court and that I was being accused of Violating Federal Banking Laws, Check Fraud, and some other charge that I didn't even write down.  I asked him how much it was that I supposedly owed and he said $350 and he said he sees that my record is clean and that I don't have any blemishes and I seem like a reasonable person and would I like to take care of the matter now over the phone instead of going to court.  I told him I know it is a scam because I did not owe any money to "National Cash Advance" nor to "USA Bank."  I also told him I was not paying anything and for him to contact my attorney and have one of their attorney's contact my attorney.  He then preceeded to try to get me to verify the information that he had, I guess he thought it was going to scare me to know that he has my information.  NOT!  I told him to stop talking to me talk to me attorney and hung up.  It is a sad state of affairs that when you are in need of short term financial help your information is stolen or sold to the highest bidder and people then pray upon you in this manner and we are defensely to do anything about it.  I work very hard for my money and I am not going to give it up so easily nor am I going to let some one scam me out of it!!!  So scammers if you are reading this: GET A REAL JOB AND LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!

If you worked for a ligit company your email would be written with the proper grammer and you would not be on this website concerned about what people were saying about your so called company.  Once again you are asking us to trust that you are for real and supply you with personal information.  The call back number that you provide does not go to an answering service or a mail box it just rings and then disconnects the call.  There is no outgoing message of any kind that even links you to a legal company.  What business you know works this way?  If you truly understood where we were coming from you would know that we are reluctant to supply you with any personal information seeing that we already feel we are being scammed.  If you are truly going to take someone to court, go ahead and do so, stop calling them and annoying them with your idol threats!  Let the courts do your dirty work!  I have seen postings to numerous sites from actual attorneys that you have tried to pull this scam on, and when you found out you were speaking with an attorney you would hang up.  What company would allow their employees to do the things that you people are doing and stay in business, no matter what company you work for or not, and whether you are acting on someone's behalf to collect a debt, that does not give you the right to threaten someone, with bodily harm or the police.  There is such a thing called fair debt collection practices and every one who has had to deal with people like you are well aware of what their rights are, so get a real job and stop trying to make theivery your occupation!
