i  just got the same phone call   good thing i have the day out of work  and all  i have been doing is calling this number back    total tally  right now is   7 people yelling at me    18 hung up on me    and 2 just didnt say anything .......   I also reported it on the fbi website as well as my local police department

These people are bottom of the barrel scum old debt collectors. They refuse to identify who they are, what company they are trying to collect information from, and want you to give them money. They are clearly from some call center in India. If you ask for simple, basic information, they say they can't send it,, just pay them or you will be in very big legal trouble and they will sue you. I told them to go ahead and sue me. Jack told me that he was going to "sue the value of my employer" and involve my mother. LOL. Jack Thomas, and Eddie Masters, and some other Jack fellow were the ones I talked to. Eddie called me no less than 20 times in the span of 5 minutes at work and kept asking for my boss.

This Indian-voice person call Jack called me first on my cell phone saying that I took out a payday loan for a stagging amount of money. He went on to say that if I did not pay it back that I would lose my job and be arrested. Oh well, bring it on cause everything I ever borrowed I've paid back. And I never took a loan from the people that he said that I did. Get a real job and leave hardworking people like me alone!!

I'm continuing foom Dumb ass people. I made an report with the FBI and also called my bank and Experian credit . The number is 18883973742, and they will also notify TransUnion and Equifax credit companies. These [***] have no idea how they messed with!!!!

I have been getting calls from this number for about two weeks now. They never even called my personal home number. They called my work and threatened my manager. My manager told me and when i got home i called them. When i asked them what it was about, they said it was for some kind of loan. they didn't even tell me exactly what the place was or anything. They just kept saying it was global something. Then they kept sending me to different people to talk to. They finally sent me to one person to talk to for like a week. Some guy named Adam. He went off right away instead of being nice and trying to work it out. He was threatening me and yelling like crazy. He told me that i owe 647.00 and they are going to sue me for fraud unless i pay the full amount right away with a credit card only!. I said no i need more information and i would like to see proof documents and i would like them to send them to me. He then yelled at me again and said no you are not to see them and we will be sending them to you're employer. He said he was working for James Alexander. I told him no i can't pay it and then he hung up on me. They kept called my work and yelling at everyone at work. I called again and they gave me some address 1609 bayview court fort myers FL 33097 . Then he said that but that address is not our main address. We can't give you the other address. The next day i had a alert from my credit report saying they posted fraud!. WTF!? I have like 4 numbers from them and this is just so bull!!!!. I'm so happy i found this because i was freaking out. I called the few places i actually owe and they said they have no idea. I'm actually paying them back with payments. So i know they are full of bull!..

I was at work today and around 11:00am I received a phone called from 1-888-346-6878, the person on the phone sounded like an indian guy. He was asking for me and I told him from what company he was calling from, and he wouldn't tell me. I asked him what this was regarding and he still wouldn't tell me anything, so I hung up on him. Then my phone starts ringing again and he was asking for me, and I told the person this is she, and he said how does he know that and then he hung up on me again. My phone starts ringing again when i answered it, the guy on the phone asked me to transfer him to my supervisor. I told the guy for what? He said because he was looking for me, and I told him this is she what is he calling in regards too. He still wouldn't say anything so I asked to speak to his supervisor, and he hung up on me. Then my phone starts ringing again I answered the phone and he hung up on me, and he kept calling back and hanging up on me. This guy called me at least 30 times at work I guess he doesn't have anything better to do with his time. Finally I was so upset I told the guy he can not be calling me at work and harass me. The guy told me that its not harassment and that he was going to keep calling me. I asked him again for his supervisor and he said he couldn't give me that information, so I asked him to give me his name, phone number, and name of the company he was calling from. Still the guy wouldn't give me any information. So I informed him that he was calling a government agency and all calls are recorded, and the guy just started laughing. I told him that I was going to trace the call, and the guy told me go ahead. I went to go tell the police thats in our building, because i really do work for a government agency. The police told me to get a phone number from him if he calls again. When I came back to my desk the guy called me again, and I told him that I already informed the police, and he told me sure. I asked for his phone number again, and the guy finally gave it to me, and I asked to speak to his supervisor. He told me his name was Martin Klein and that he was going to put me on hold and let me speak to his supervisor. The supervisor got back on the phone and it sounded like the same Indian guy, and I told him you sound like the same person he told me no I can assure you we are not the same person. I asked for his name and he told me his name was Nass Taylor and i told him everyithing that Mr. Klein told me and he said he was not aware, and he wants to know what I want. I told him your rep. never told me what this call is in regards too, or where your calling from. The supervisor told me that they were calling in behalf of the disrict attorney office regarding a federal matter. I asked the supervisor what federal matter, and he told me that I took out a loan with a company called US Cash Loans, and that I never paid them back. He also told me that he knows I have a bank account with Chase, and that he wants me to give them my account number so that they can verify its the sam account number they have. I told the man thank you for letting me know where you calling from, and I will go ahead and go you when I get home. The supervisor told me that I need to call me back within 10 minutes, or he will be calling me all day because its a federal crime. I told him you are not going to tell when I have to call you back, and I told him that I already did a police report and that I was going to informed the BBC. Well I gave the phone number to the police and I went to the BBC and informed them of what happened. So let's see if he tries to call me back again. The police said that they were going to wait and see if he calls back. I'm so glad that I work for the government because they do not mess around. Let's see if he calls me back.

I've had the samething happen to me, they called my work and my cell phone.  They just won't leave me alone.  What can be done?  I've never heard of the company they are accusing me of taking out a loan for.  They are foreign speaking, told me I was going to go to jail, loose my job and you name it.

This is the same thing has been happening to me...now they are calling my friends also...I truly believe they are out of the country and have access to U.S. phone lines...the number they call me at is fairly new for us and is listed under my boyfriends name..the mobile carrier even has his name on the debit card the bill is charged to, although it is actually my card..how these scum bags get all this info is a mystery to me, but give me five minutes alone with them and I will make an example out of the jerks...

I received NINE calls from this number on my cell in just over an hour...while I was in physical therapy after surgery...after three calls, another patient told me to give him the phone and he would handle it...my friend told this idiot he was a former FBI agent and to quit bothering me...the idiot would hang up, then call back, asking for my SS number...my friend would tell him he was breaking the law and the jerk would say he did not care.....I might add these are foreign people calling.....these calls went on and on that day,  we were all laughing so hard and my friend's voice was so loud the doctor even poked his head in and saw all of us, incloding the therapist, trying not to laugh....the caller said his name was Dan Richards...all foreigners with AMERICAN names...guess they think we are stupid....
