Called twice.....I am code red, high alert......Phone calls go direct police......

They finally convinced my to switch my phones after a guy David lied and said he was from Verizon. My phones were down for over a week, David Cheesedip (or whatever his name is) NEVER returned my calls. To make things worse, when I finally got a bill it was 3 times what I was paying before. Don't be a fool like I was :(

Someone just called me from this # but I didn't answered. My cell # is in the official "no-telemarketers calls" list, so I'm wandering how come they call me?

I keep getting phone calls from them also and I do not own a business.

They just called me again 12 days after they first attempt (see my previous comment two posts above).
How the hell they're allowed to spend my paid minutes, when my # is listed in the official "no-telemarketers calls" list???

They call and keep calling and have been abusive to my secretary when she tells them I am not available. I wish there was a way to get these idiots to stop harassing my business.  I checked and they are not Verizon.

How did this "americom" get a copy of my bill..strange glad i checked this out.  What a scam.

This firm is flying under false colors. They claim to be Verizon. They are actually Americom. Their basic sales pitch is a LIE!!!!!
The key to success in sales is trust, these guys start out by claiming to be something that they are not. They also employ low grade scumbag sales reps that don't speak english very well.

As I was telling him Im not interested, he hung up on me, which promted me to search for a page like this.

I was feeling a little feisty so I picked up. "Lisa" didn't like being asked if she was actually 'from' Verizon or 'calling on behalf of' Verizon.  Got very annoyed and asked why we were arguing about this (when there was no argument from my side of the phone).  She said she was from the "Win Back Department" of Verizon and that all bills would come from Verizon and that she just wanted to show me how much she could save me over my current provider, all with a huge attitude because I put her on the spot.  I asked what types of lines she was selling and she told me I would have to tell her what I had so she could quote it.  I told her I wasn't prepared to give out that information and hung up.

I have actually worked for this company and the offers that they offer are real.  The quotes provided include the surcharges and fees, but do not include the taxes which should be estimated at approximatley 12% of the total monthly recurring charges.  The problem with the process is that all services are not always quoted due to lack of information provided or asked for.  These people are so happy to get a sale that they omit questions that they believe would scare the customer.  Which results in the lost of services or misquoted pricing so make sure that if you speak to them you make a clear definition of the services that you are using or want quoted snd you really wont have any surprises.

Your statement is UNTRUE! This company is working on Verizons behalf. They are Verizon agents.
What they offer is a bundle of your internet and business telephone and can save money on your bill each month. I have signed up my business and am extremely satisfied. Why destroy a an honest company's reputation. Shame on you.

This is an honest offer from a legit company as Verizon agents. What they offer is very real and saves bussinesses money by a bundle of phone and interent.

This company is a legit company and are Verizon's agents. They do offer a money saving offer directly from Verizon. Perhaps it was you who was nasty and unprofessional to a company calling your business with a truly money saving offer.

They are able to get copies of your billbecause they are Verizon agents. They are truly a company that offers and bundle service offered by Verizon and they are working for them to assist Verizon customers. They are an honest legitimate company.

I 100% agree with your assessment on the employees being scumbags that don't speak english very well.
I actually considered working there. I was told they only employ from the highest level of account reps. in the area.
It was 2 days later in my so called "training class" I learned that out of the six people there 2 were convicts on work release
and 1 a prostitute with a case of bronchitis. I left at lunch time and never came back

We can get a copy of the bill because we are Verizon agents and have Verizon Ids to log into accounts if you would take a minute an listen you would understand we are doing you a favor by reducing the rates for the account.
