Got a call from this may and told me to call 888-390-4265 to avoid law suit over a debt, but didn't
give me any info about debt.  Said he need my home address and work address so they could
serve me papers.  This was ADR and to call to work out payments. Have no idea who these people are.
Said to condsider myself served.

Did you reply to the call?  And if you didn't, did anyone come to your house like he said they would.  I called them back and asked several questions about who their locator person is and where they are located, etc.  Got no answers.

Got call from man stating that a fax was received in his office to serve me papers from ADR and to call 1-888-390-4265 tosettle dispute.  This is a scam!

I called this company and they are not a scam. They were able to give me any and all information that I needed about "my situation". If you don't pay your debts, it will catch up with you. I have learned my lesson and am glad that I resolved my own debt so that people leave me alone.
