I bought a car and I never received anything from them (payment) so I don’t know where do I have to make the payment. The car company told me to call the number and I did. They were so rude and mean. They said since I didn’t make a payment last month they will charge late payment fee. Like bro what the f would you want me to do, pay the the [***] air. I don’t get mad easily but damn the customer service sucks.

They’re all soooo rude!!! And them calling several times a day is so annoying
