- Annoyed replies to Lazerbeamr| 2 repliesI, too, just got a call from Melvin with an accent (888-393-2421) threatening a warrant for my arrest saying he was with Tax Audit Department of Internal Revenue Services. But he did say to have a nice day.
- Record - don't answer replies to Annoyed| 1 replyHi, I got 2 calls from 2 different phone numbers but also from this Melvin guy with an accent - last week and this. I need to compare them. I know the name, voice and accent are the same. The difference may be what company he claims to represent. The first message cut out at parts so I will write back when I have compared the companies. The first call it was obvious he was reading script as he tripped over some words... yes, even simple words. The second message was smoother, but still elementary school level construction. My grandchildren could do better. These guys are trying their best to scam the world. The calls are being recorded by ME and will be turned into the authorities.
- SV replies to SammyVReceived a message from Melvin today, too. Thank you so much for the information to report the call.
