- Charles| 2 repliesThese yahoos are drafting money from my bank.
- BigA replies to CharlesWell, by all means feel free to not call your bank and complain.
- roger replies to Charlesme too. What happened?
- Phatty| 10 repliesI'm having my bank put a block on this and get a refund but somehow these douches are using my bank and routing number to take out $44.95 month. No clue how they got this information. Checked another site and there are dozens of other complaints of the same thing.

- MJH replies to Phatty| 1 replyJust off the phone w my bank. They’ve hit me 6 times since June. No idea who they are. Put a stop to it. Unreal.

- Tygerkat replies to LamontMake sure your call your credit union first thing on the 26th.
- BigA replies to Lamont| 5 repliesThanks, looks like they have a habit of doing this. The BBB revoked their accreditation and is now giving them an F rating. They keep claiming that "someone" signed up for the service with banking information. That seems a bit fishy to me. Since the storage is never being used by anyone, it would then appear that the only people who stand to profit are the owners of this outfit.
- Jerry replies to BigA| 4 repliesIf you notice, they do this the day BEFORE a holiday. They just did it to me and Martin Luther King Day is Monday. Banks are closed. This alone tells me it's a scam. Why always the day before a holiday? I'm a poor person. They stole the last of my money until I get my next SS check. I hope the hell they die.
- BigA replies to Jerry| 3 repliesYou should get your money back if you dispute the transaction with the bank.
- Jerry replies to BigA| 2 repliesAll I can do right now is send them an email, which I did. Won't be able to talk to anybody until Tuesday. This is what they do. Right before the day they know banks are closed. I hope I can get my money back. I just had to buy a set of tires for the car for inspection. That was the last of my money for the month. Hope my food lasts. I know some things won't. Milk, bread. I wasn't expecting to get robbed.
- MJG replies to Jerry| 1 replyMany banks have a 24 hour hotline. Does yours??
- Jerry replies to MJGNo. Just for simple stuff like balance, transfer. Push 1 for this, 2 for that. Credit Union. Can't talk to a real person until it's open.
