I'm having my bank put a block on this and get a refund but somehow these douches are using my bank and routing number to take out $44.95 month.  No clue how they got this information. Checked another site and there are dozens of other complaints of the same thing.

MKB stole $44.95 from my checking account. Its Christmas Eve and my credit union is closed. MKB do not answer when I call. I do not have any idea how they got my account information. I'm reporting them to everyplace I can.

Thanks, looks like they have a habit of doing this.  The BBB revoked their accreditation and is now giving them an F rating.  They keep claiming that "someone" signed up for the service with banking information.  That seems a bit fishy to me.  Since the storage is never being used by anyone, it would then appear that the only people who stand to profit are the owners of this outfit.

If you notice, they do this the day BEFORE a holiday.  They just did it to me and Martin Luther King Day is Monday.  Banks are closed.  This alone tells me it's a scam.   Why always the day before a holiday?  I'm a poor person.  They stole the last of my money until I get my next SS check.  I hope the hell they die.

You should get your money back if you dispute the transaction with the bank.

All I can do right now is send them an email, which I did.  Won't be able to talk to anybody until Tuesday.  This is what they do.  Right before the day they know banks are closed.  I hope I can get my money back.  I just had to buy a set of tires for the car for inspection.  That was the last of my money for the month.  Hope my food lasts.  I know some things won't.  Milk, bread.   I wasn't expecting to get robbed.

No.  Just for simple stuff like balance, transfer.  Push 1 for this, 2 for that.  Credit Union.  Can't talk to a real person until it's open.
