I just got a call right now saying they have sealed papers for my wife. He said his name Mike Lane and he was calling fromProcess Service Verification and the phone number used was a local number
915)-321-3931, I dialed it and a recorder stated " the number you dialed is not a working number or has been disconnected""." I asked him from where he was calling from, he stated my home town. I asked him for the local address and he told me that he was not at liberty to say his local address. Please be aware of not providing any information over the phone.

process verification department calling repeatedly to harass our daughter about some vague legal matter. Threatening to serve her paperwork and this is her last verbal contact because she has already ignored all the mail sent by them. On & on....the scam continues.

I received a call at work today from a blocked number from someone named "Carla" from Process Verification Services with a case number in regards to a "matter that is in process of legal action including the filing of a lawsuit and complaint." and I should call them immediately at 877-491-2942 because if I don't they will be "forced to move forward with this matter".

I don't plan on calling them back, I've checked with my local court, there is nothing filed and if I were being sued it would have been listed. Also companies don't call you a head of time to tell you you're being sued. They just do it and show up to serve you with papers.

I'm so damn sick of these [***] pulling this kind of crap on people.

I received a call from the same number and from the lady. I called a number she left and it was someone trying to say i owe money from a credit card from 2007 that i did own and pay off years ago and i was going to be served papers. They wanted me to make a payment of 100's today or it would go forward. They were almost believable
