Bill collector searching for former employer. Extremely rude.

This is the rudest company I have ever tried to talk to on the phone after they bashed my reputation by telling my client I din't know what I was doing when trying to collect a debt that was a clerical error. I am ashamed that my company would use such a service.

Same deal.  Very rude.  Bill collector. Won't say who they money is owed to or answer any Fair Debt Collection answers.

They called me but the # on my cell did not come thru..
I was a collector and if we had a person that has paid or being retained by an attorney they do not get any more calls.. now a days they continue to call and then get anotehr placement and have to give that company the same info... frustrating..

I received a call today asking if I knew  the phone number for someone in my family. I said I would not give out a number but I would take their number down and give them  the collectors number to call. Shortly after that, I got another call and the caller did not say anything,  The caller ID said anonymous. I called back the number that I was just given and asked the debt collector if he just called me and didn't say anything because I have been getting calls for over 3 months and the person doesn't say anything. He said no it wasn't him, that he always says something. I told him that I am not the person he is looking for and I don't owe anybody any money. Some of the calls would come at 4am and Sundays and always 2 calls. The call today said anonymous also.

Call everday and are extremely rude!

Send them a letter telling them your address and that you refuse to do business over the phone but you would respond to their validation of any alleged debt you owe, in writing. Then wait and see what happens, usually that will be the end of it.

they called and hung up.  i think maybe cuz they reached a business and realized they had the wrong number.  but i dont know they never said anything.

I just got a call from them too and told them they reached the wrong number and we are not the same business and he was very rude and chose to fight with me.

Crazy people.
You should know who you are looking for when You call a number.

These people are harrassing and abusive. Actually somehow found my college daughter's cell number and repeatedly contacting her with abusive threats.

Thank to you all for exposing the true nature of this phone number, they cannot be more unpleasant.

I answer phones in a company and this guy insist to speak on a specific extension and insist he has spoken to that person before. Drives me crazy because we received calls from several companies and if I am busy hard to tell is a copllector...

Just got a call trying to collect debt and I don't owe any very rude

Very rude person name Herman Moore. Called the office for someone who is not here. Wrong number I guess.

Collection  agency. Very rude  and extremely unprofessional. The person I spoke to acts like high school prick, same goes for his boss. Why are banks hire this company????

Although the woman was not rude she was very pushy and persistent on talking to accounting.  She refused to stop calling and it took teeth and nails to get her to leave and a name and number.  The only reason I didn't hang up on her is because she wasn't rude just very pushy.  She refuse to state the nature of her call so I refused to let her go to accounting. She also calls from 805-379-8500.  I cant believe they called me back in 2012.

A Karen Heatner (SP?) from ARSI keeps calling and leaving a message for someone that does not live here.  BLOCKED!!!

Claims bill collector.  Calls my office to terrorize me.  This fed law violation.
