An automatic voice message was asking me to call back, pretending that a software was installed on my computer last year and it was saying there was a red flag alarm about a security breach on it...  This is the base of phishing!!!  Nobody, except me, did install any software on my computer...

YOU'RE somebody. Why don't YOU do something? Block the number and don't answer calls from unknown numbers when at all possible.

It's not a "phishing" scam.  More than likely a syskey scam.  If you call back, the scammer will get you to agree to remote access to your computer. Then he will show you normal processes running and claim that you have a virus. He will then run Windows "syskey", which will lock up your computer, and then ask for $$$ to unlock it.

I've heard of this scam but not the name for it.

Or how 'bout the old Del system32 gag.  Such Fun!
