They sent home warranty letter with warnings urgent, deadline to respond, and inference to my bank mortgage warranty. Their Letter gives 18884135452 to call now. Offers $200 off their price not identified. Says final notuce. It was first notice. SCAM. I never had a warranty thru mortgage that expired. Don't need a warranty.
Another website has recent Nov. complaint from woman who could not reach a real person to get her money refunded. She called bank to cancel the transfer but had to wait the weekend.

- Thomas O'ReillyI knew it was as a scam letter because it did not have a return address on it. It had what appeared to be a check in my name. Yeah right. Also the letter on the outside said signature required. They should fine these crooks and sent them to jail, not Trump.
