Secure Home Center, in St Louis, Mo, established in Feb 2022, per internet,  no address on letter. They sent home warranty letter with warnings urgent, deadline to respond, and inference to my bank mortgage warranty. Their Letter gives 18884135452 to call now. Offers $200 off their price not identified. Says final notuce. It was first notice. SCAM. I never had a warranty thru mortgage that expired. Don't need a warranty.
Another website has recent Nov. complaint from woman who could not reach a real person to get her money refunded. She called bank to cancel the transfer  but had to wait the weekend.
Internet also says Secure Auto Center is at same address established at same time.

Sent me a letter about property’s home warranty expired also a voucher $199.00. In the letter has a note ‘Please Call IMMEDIATELY……’

Typical junk mail to lure victims into calling so they can sell you a warranty that might be fake.

Received the same mail from Home Warranty Division with expiration date on voucher for $199.00. Web search on phone number got me to this page. Removed my address and placed in trash!

HOME WARRANTY DIVISION is sending mail to unwanted people. Also, HOME WARRANTY DIVISION IS A SCAM. Plus whoever answer the for HOME WARRANTY DIVISION is very rude to caller(s).

I knew it was as a scam letter because it did not have a return address on it. It had what appeared to be a check in my name. Yeah right. Also the letter on the outside said signature required. They should fine these crooks and sent them to jail, not Trump.

this was sent to my disabled veteran relative. he is elderly and thought it came from his home insurance company. how low can these scammers go. 888-413-5452 is the scam number

Just like the other person said this appears to look like a check from the outside of the envelope. Is a solicitation to sell Home Warranty.

This is telephone number with b.s. letter looking like a check PAY TO THE ORDER OF.....
$199 for home warranty. The creep people responsible for this letter should be fined and put in jail for 6 months.

I got the same letter too. Who is behind it?

We received the same letter with a supposed check for $199.00 and instructions to call immediately.  Researched the phone number and it was labeled as a scam number.

I got the same letter just today. I know I have no home warranty. My house is 150 years old and I'm pretty sure home owners insurance is what covers my house. Crazy letter and yeah of course it's fake. I important information gets to me more properly than this
