- JackieI received a HOME WARRANTY DIVISION card in the mail with no return address. I called the 888-413-5452 to inquire and the man who answered was very RUDE, demanded that I tell him the next time I get paid, said if I don't pay 189.00 today he was going to note that I decline the services. He was yelling and screaming and I ended up disconnecting the call. I then called back from a land line phone to speak to another representative. This one had a softer tone. However I found it suspicious when I told him I would call back on Friday, he said that would be fine, gave me his extension number as my birth date. Very creepy! These people have all my personal information. The First-Class Mail Presorted is from St.Louis MO

Phone number is a po box at a UPS store. Definitely scam. - RayGreceived postcard exactly as laid out by Paul in Aug 2024 - as noted by others it says it is a"renewal" for a non-existent current warranty - also bogus "county deed records" as my name is NOT on any deed in my current (or any other county) - home belongs to daughter/her husband. Going to report to FTC.

- BNLI've received 3 of these cards and I don't own a home or condo and thus I have no "mechanical systems" needing "coverage". It's so vague, pseudo official, and urgent, I can see why someone could fall for it. Is there a way to get these people stopped?
It says "County Deed Records" yet doesn't mention the name of the county. It says "Home Warranty Division" but doesn't say what company it's a division of.- Call type: Scam suspicion
- sick of scammersI received a very official looking pink letter from Home Warranty in the USPS mail - the envelope had no return address on it & the letter had no address either ... hmmm??
