I got this same letter today with a voucher check for $199. Made me suspicious that they want my bank info. So glad I researched the number. :)

Total scam.  # came on postcard for home warranty.  Nothing specific on card.  No doubt meant for those with compromised minds.  Fraud that ranks up there as the worst type,

Instead of a call, I got a post card from "Home Warranty Division" "County Deeds Records" about a warranty notice to be renewed.
So weird, no actual business name or address.
I ran a check on the phone number, and they are running MULTIPLE SCAMS, sometimes on the phone,
but a lot of post cards, or letters, wanting you to call their phone number.
Some are post cards, some threatening letters.
I found at least one report of a person taking their post card to the authorities in a county in Iowa to report them.
And the county took it VERY SERIOUSLY and issued warning.
I am in WA state, and I will do the same.
    Sheesh.

Sent card which states County Deed Records funny I do not own the home wrong name and person. I would never call for a warranty replacement on anything. Scammers need to stop and always check phone numbers online on this site. SCAM all the way!

Amazing STUPID post card. Both sides are the same, except for the heading. Front side shows "Home Warranty Division" and the back shows "County Deed Records". These people are desperate for find marks.

I received a postcard from this company which mentioned my information and our mechanical system.  This is elephant dung because our mechanical system is covered with a warranty by 2 legitimate companies and are not scheduled to expire.  Than you BBB for posting this message it save headaches and allot of potential problems for anyone that responded to this companies message.

Idiots sending a renew home warranty when there was never a warranty in existence. Are you really that dumb? Guessing the answer is positive.

Received a postcard asking me to call this number for uninterrupted warranty protection.  Interestingly, you cannot tell the name of the company from the postcard.  There is a long number listed as "Registration ID."  It says it is for  mechanical systems.  Never heard of it, never purchased such a warranty.
