Call for someone ny name (not me) and saying this is the last day to respond before they take action against her. No name of company or agency, deliberately vague threatening message designed to elicit response. Spam/phishing.

Last attempt to stop acting being used against me. Change status of..? They never said what for..

Caller had an unidentifiable, thick accent. Indicated someone would deactivate my electricity this afternoon unless I paid a past due balance on the phone — no balance on my account. Hung up on caller. Notified utility company.

Said last attempt, threatened legal action, but doesn't say what for. Over and over again.

Final attempt before legal action taken. Same phone call message the past few months with no action. Scam!

Threatened legal action against me. They left vm and knew my name. I haven't done anything wrong so it's a scam. I'm 71 years old and they bother people like me.

I got the same "legal action" call yesterday and again today. They said they were from "Walker and Associates" yesterday and today they said the company was "Milner and Associates". It was about a Chase debt from 2017 that I knew was a lie because I've banked with Chase since 2012 and I'm pretty sure they would've told me if I owed them money. I asked for their address which he wouldn't provide and I told him that was shady. He then berated me and called me an irresponsible child for not paying my debts before hanging up. Lol I literally have zero debts so I don't know where they're getting this information from.

Number called me today saying that a legal action against me this is the message word for word  “This call is to notify (my name) that this is our last attempt to serve you a notice of action pertaining an investigation being finalized against you for further details on this case against you or to change it service status please call us back at 888-448-0829 that number again is 888-448-0829 failure to contact them today will result in further legal action against you…”

Called from company claiming the name of “Milner and associates” told me I owe a balance of 2,500 from 2008 on a 5th third bank credit card which i never had. Then proceeds to tell me they will take me to court. They gave me a lot of my past information and even my social security number.

Same as everyone else asking me to call immediately or legal action could be taken however they could give me no detailed information on company name or anything it's a scam that I almost fell for!

I spoke with someone one day and they did have some of my information (kinda scary … but have good credit monitoring services. They said it was for a credit debt in 2008! Lol. I ‘think’ some company bought old & bad paper (collection debt) and because the statute of limitations has run out, and they didn’t resubmit it, they can only harass. I said, “Please file the lawsuit. Then I will counter sue.” He hung up.

got the same message as listed below numerous times, however, this call had my first name, middle initial and last name.  But as stated below very vague threat
