If you have a business relationship with RBC ( bank account, credit card etc..)  they are permitted to call you even if your number is on the NDNCL.  You need to ask this devision of RBC company to place your number onto their internal do not call list and they have 31 days to comply to that request.  If they do not comply, you can file a complaint to the NDNCL and they will investigate this call!

These people that calling my house at 21h35 are asking for trouble. Haven't they heard that calling after 8pm is illegal. I pick up the phone and they quickly hang up, otherwise I would be giving them s**ts for calling at that time! Frigging Pricks!

I've put them on my blocklist on my phone so every time they called it's hang up the call before it let my phone ring,who have a celler phone get the anroid app called "CALL CONTROL" and trust me you've be FREE of these idiots for good..

same here, call once i asn't home , than again i answered nobody at the end of the line aug. 25th 2012 seem's to me it,s been going on for quite a while...

They are all scams. It's annoying but if you don't give them what they want-they cannot do anything your arm you. You better hang on when they call, because if you don't and let it ring they will call as long as it takes to reach you.
