This number calls several times a day but no one ever leaves a message.

Continue to get calls for Gilbeto, but no one by that name has had this number.  They leave a number 10545295 as a reference number and ask me to call them back.  It's been going on for months and I can't get them to stop calling me.

They've called me three times on my cell phone. I have no idea how they would have gotten my number; but they seriously need to stop calling me every 10 minutes.

This number has been calling my house, but never leave a message.  Can these people be stopped. I did register my number with the "Do not Call Registery"

888-461-0115 "Joe, calling regarding a personal business matter".  Another website listed the # as belonging to "JP Recovery" - a collection agency.  They are calling my husband regarding a medical lab bill from well over 10 years ago!!  Ridiculous.

These people call, ring once , hang up and never leave a message. I do not answer calls if they are not in my phone book(cell). They are just wasting my time and theirs. Unless of course some telemarketer is getting paid for each call out.

They call all the time and it's very difficult for me to always get to the phone.  How can I stop them.  I'm thinking of calling or e-mailing the Attonery General to see if this can be stopped.

They can't do anything to you, so don't pay. String them along. They are the ones who got you into this mess because they knew you couldn't afford it. Fuke em!

True debt collectors may only call 30days AFTER they have mailed you an alleged bill and advised you that you may dispute. The folks behind this number are in violation of federal law if you can find them! Received call from 888-461-0115 "JP Rcovery," but can't be legit-have no debt etc. Legit institutions have addresses and do not hide behind fly by night temporary numbers. Scamola.

JPRecovery is a legit bill collector. What makes you people think that just because these bills are 'from a long time ago' that you do not have to pay them? Do you say the same about your home mortgage, 'Oh, we took that loan out 20 years ago so we're not paying on it anymore'? Probably not. It's the same concept. I owe them money and they are always willing to work with you on a payment plan to take care of it.

Legit? JP Recovery buys debts and doesn't clear them even when you demonstrate you paid the original debt owner.  A "legitimate" debt collector is the original holder of the debt, not you scamming clowns.

They might be legit but the claims they're calling for are beyond the statute of limitations SO YOU MAKE THE CALL, I say they don't have a prayer

Got two calls from them this morning.  Phone rings once, they don't leave a message.  Calls happened 10 mins apart.

I added them to my cell address book (unsynced) and then set it to automatically send them to voicemail.

I got a call from the JP Recovery Services today and told them i am having a hard time finding work, then they inquired how i was able to stay where i am With my  Husband. My husband works, At the moment I am a stay at home mom of two kids. She then inquired if i was unemployment, none of her business But NO i am Not on unemployment. She told me if i do not pay it Legal Action will be taken. I have recieved a bill from them Less than a week ago. It is pretaining to a medical bill for having my tonisls taken out to end the cronic swelling of them. I have been trying to save up to pay a little here and there, but housing expenses and bills such as heat and electricy , and the food bill come first. I will not have my kids starve cause they wont accept a reasonable bill payment plan I can afford. I do not have an extra 100 a month when my rent is 500, electricty, heat, gas, food all come together to about 600 and that leaves us with about 45 per week to get tolietries, laundry and dish soap, trash bags and gas for the car which is 4 dollars a gallon. I am turning them in to BBB because they can NOT threaten legal action against me!
