I have been getting threatening phone calls from this phone number. They are calling for my son and making threats and leaving threats on my phone messages. I got three calls today 4/18/2014. After listening awhile to the first message I picked the phone up and talked to the person and told them that they needed to quit calling my number and making threats, I told them that my son did not live here and that I was going to turn them to into the authorities, then I hung up. The phone rang again and when I answered it, the woman who was calling told me I was so stupid then hung up, and called again and left another threatening message, I picked the phone up and again told her that I was going to turn her the phone calls over to authorities and told her that I knew she was a debt collector, she hung up on me.

This company is calling my in laws telling them I have a warrant for my arrest.

Called and asked for me by my maiden name, although I have been married over a decade and never was connected to our current home number (It's even under my husband's name), and asked for a relative that I have never lived with. When I asked her name, there was a long pause. She said Karen Cooper. I asked where she was calling from, she paused again and then replied our local county process server. I was suspicious from the start, none of the information she had matched up to how I would even be related to the person they were calling for.
Said that said relative was to be served with a bench warrant for the relative's arrest. Don't know how they would do that if they were calling me.

Apparently one of their imps have been giving our number out instead of theirs in error.
Our number is off by one digit. We're a PC company in Canada and apparently their voice mail is an LLC listing of Michael, Michael and Green associates - from the sounds of it, some two-bit hack pieces of crap.
I called and got a woman who not only was rude and unpleasant, but wouldn't answer my questions on what kind of law exactly it was they field or practice. (None)

I got the call that my 77 year old mother needed to call them within 48hrs or a warrant was going to be issued for her. same group (Michael, Michael Green & Assoc.) The have three numbers (855) 874-7511, (704) 206-1322, and (888) 470-7870. So I called them with my mothers permission to talk on her behalf. Which Since they do not have a copy of a power of attorney, or talk to my mother, how could they tell me anything. Well besides that, they stated she owed over $3000. But would do a payment plan. I ask for the account number this was associated with, he would not tell me, but would tell me they have video of my mother getting the loan, I said that does not mean anything, I told him, if I said I had video of Santa Clause would he believe me. Exactly. I want proof. Then he was starting to be rude and hung up on me after I pointed out a couple more holes in his story. Good thing I called instead of my mother, they might have gotten away with it.
