I received a call from some guy named office something, he told me I was involved in some kind of fraud case.  He was yelling and harassing me saying he wants his money, I was like what company are you calling from and he never told me.  All he kept saying was that he was gonna call my company and I was gonna lose my job, then he told me God Bless You and hung up on me.  I contacted my attorney right away, my attorney called this guy and all the guy kept saying was that I owed him money.  When my attorney asked him what's your name and where are you calling from, the guy hung up, again.  So my attorney called back and tried to get somebody else to figure out who these people are and we end up getting the same guy.  My attorney ask him again, what is your name and where are you calling from, he hung up again.  THIS IS A SCAM, DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!!!!!!!  On the advice of my attorney, I filed a police report and a complaint with the attorney's generals office.

I got the same call yesterday and was told I had to sent western union payment to Tyrnll Graham in Raliegh NC or I was going to get court papers. Who are these people and how do they get our information.  I did have internet loan.  I also got told god bless you at the end.

so are they just trying to collect off information they pull from internet?  the company Eagle Eye Assoc. does exist as a legal company but these guys are all from india and say they are officers and gave me a western union name to pay to indivudual not company in NC.  Strange and good thing I didn't pay but it did scare me.  I tried calling back right now to tell them I read all this on the internet to but got no answer.

i received a call from my brother-in-law stating that he was being taken to court because i used his name as a reference for a payday loan.when i called the 888-472-7949 and asked what was going on the lady stated she was an attorney and she was going to stop my disability and take me to court if i didn't send 800+.when i asked how can i send this money she stated she couldn't give me any information until i was at a wal-mart store.she had my social security number but the wrong address and phone number.when i asked her can i give her the correct address so i can receive documentation she said she didn't need it until i paid.

A man with a thick arabic accent called my cell 2x today. He only left one message and I could barely understand who he was asking for. Whoever it was I'm thinking had the cell # before me. Anway, he said that it was an emergency and needed to be called back right away because it had to do with one of my employees (unless he means my toddler or my hubby, there isn't anyone else). So I called the number back thinking if it was an emergency they needed to know that they were calling the wrong #. A recording picked up and asked me to enter and extension number. When I enter the 1016 # a woman with an accent picked up. I asked her who I was calling & she asked for my name, then she said again what is your name. I told her I wanted to know WHO I was calling. Then she said well if you don't know your name then I can't help you & hung up on me. I called right back because she had made me mad and no one answered, it took me to voicemail and I went off on her and whoever else listens to it. I decided to look the # up on here and it brought me to this page. I've already called my financial institution to make them away of this Eagle Eye.

Glad to see so much research about these guys. They just called me today, but I think I've been called a few time in the last few months in a less aggressive fashion. I was used as a reference on a friend's pay day loan and that seems to be how they got my number. But today they threatened legal action, which I knew was impossible. They also told me that they were trying to collect on my friend's debt. I have collections experience and it is illegal to give out that kind of information and I confronted them on it. Just got more threats. As far as I remember, REAL debt collectors cannot give out information about someone else's debt, cannot lie about legal procedings, and cannot harrass. These are all illegal activities according to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Glad to see others are doing something about it. I plan to report them too.

Sound like oriental person, call me and star checking my name and social security, and tell me de i broke e contract, and they have a legal case against me, becouse my criminal action, and so on, so when i ask what cain of contract and we who, they hang up on me.

I been receiving phone calls at work as well as my references, so one day i spoke to Officer Thomas and they told me that if i didn't send a $100.00 payment the same day that they were going to take me to curt and file criminal violation of fraud against me so stupid me i did they said the total debt is $956.79 they were speaking so fast and they foreign accent was hard for me to understand so me scared and being busy at work at my lunch time i did wire the money via western union to Tyrell Graham to Raleigh, North Carolina and ever since i been trying to call them at 1888-472-0949 Ext 1016 and 1-888-472-7949 ext 1016 or 1019 there was no answer i left messages and the greeting said the name of Phillip Camry nothing about Eagle Eye & Associates so i decided to fax them a letter today saying that if i dont get a validation for my debt i was not going to send any money on the payments that we had, so i started googling and i found all this i felt so stupid so i called them and finally someone answer and i asked for officer Thomas since that is the number and extension he left in my answering machine and the man that answer sounded just like him he put me on hold after i had given him my name and he was just giving me the run around and being very rude so i ended up hanging up on him. The reason that i started to investigate is because they had provided me with a different bank account number mine but not the one i did use for the online loan. What should I do? Im Scared but i did send a fax letting them know that if i didnt get a validation i was going to the authorities and the BBB so what please any advise? I would greatly appreciated.

These people are a fraud ring. When they called me claiming I owed money I was very suspicious because the first thing a collection agency will do is update your file.  They did none of this.  They also made a lot of threats right of the bat which no collection agency does since it is against the law.  Do not give these people any money at all. Dont let them scare you. However, make sure you report them to your state Attorney General's Office.  Also, make sure you tell them you know the law and your rights and watch how fast they hang up on you.

Several calls to my employer, cell phone, my mother and a close friend stating that I was involved in a fraud case and that if I did not return the call that I'd be taken to court. I returned the call and there was no ring nor answering machine. There is an additional number that came up on the caller ID that when I returned that call led straight to a voice mail machine, in which I did not leave a message. The number that came up on the ID was 201-477-1459. The person calling had very broken english and stated that he was Eagle and Associates or Eagle Eye Associates.

samething happened to my girlfriend... only she paid it!! she is going to bank tomorrow to stop future payments.

SO this is what happened to me. I received nearly twenty phone calls in a 24 hour period. At first they didn't even say what it was about. Then they said I owed $430 dollars to some company called Midland & Associates, which doesn't exist. I contacted the FBI and received an immediate phone call (YAY USA) from them stating that they were aware of this scam and that there was little they could do because they had no idea where they were.

Eagle Eye then called me back four times within a five minute period and threatened my job, my health and REPEATED BACK MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND ADDRESS!!!!

At which point I went through the roof, repeated their address back to them, got a "What what?" response and as I told them I would find them and beat the living HELL out of them they apologized and hung up. Oh I hope they call back....

These people called me at work, but how stupid they were to call and threaten me with old information. It is scary at first, but it is all a scam. I wont be doing business online ever again.

I got the same call two different broken english they were trying to scared me as well, been trying to call them back, i will be reporting them to the better business bearu.

Friend was left the message to call and this guy first said he was an officer and when asked if police, then stated he was an investigative officer for a payday loan and a borrower listed the friend's name. We got into a heated discussion and the Indian sounding guy was told he was harassing and that he was being reported to the AG office and he then asked if our name wanted to be removed from the list. When asked for an address, all he said was NC and when pressed he kept saying he give me the address, in which he did not. Long story short, the "investigative officer" said MF to me and hung up. I called back and thanked him because I recorded his conversation!

They did the same thing to me.  The # they called me from was 201-477-1459.  Same situation.... I am going to report them to the better business bureau.  In my case personally, they were yelling and cussing at me and called me 25+ times in a row in under 15 minutes.  I called the local area police, if I get any more calls I will be contacting the police in new Jersey.  These people are representing themselves as police officers.... highly illegal.

It was from the same company, but the # is 201-477-1459.  The person that answered is Mike.  Very rude, cussing and threatening me, could hardly understand him.  My local area police have already been contacted.

A man keeps calling saying I owe somone in North carolina money. I live in California He also gave me a case # I asked to verify the information he had. He stated he would have to call FSM (the company in North Carolina) to get that information. I knew something fishy was going on because if they are calling me they should have that information ready. He said he would call me back in the next day or so but I have yet to receive a call.
