Calling me to pay them $686.00 by today via debit or credit card stop court process. and to call Officer Mike Johnson at 206-666-5827. I am tired of this  threating call.

India speaking man calls making threats, I try to speak to a supervisor and get transferred to the same person. They claim to be officers of Eagle eye associates.  Has  anyone got any where with filing police reports?

Once again, these scammers are using a legitimate company's name in their pursuit.  Eagle Eye is not associated with these people and not involved in any way with this scam.  Perhaps the FBI or other agencies will get involved and get this matter settled once and for all so the SOBs will get their just rewards!

I just saw your message on the web regarding Eagle Eye Associates. I just called the Police Department in Oradell, NJ and they do not know of this scam but they said there is no such company in Oradell. To file a complaint with them I would have to come in to the Police Department in Oradell but that is impossible since I live in CA. I was also informed I could file a complaint with my local Police Department but this type of call is not a threatening call and it probably isn't harassment. Do you have any other information?

I would think it could be considered harrassment at the least. I mean these guys are pretending to be officers! Not sure if it is in India but in USA thats a pretty heavy felony! I think these guys are only familiar with key english phrases, because they kept syaing the same thing and wouldn't answer questions.  Yesterday they called me saying they were going to file a charges against me.  I said go ahead I have a lawyer I'll see you in court, and they haven't called me back yet!..There trying to confuse people into thinking they owe money and some people unfortunatly are intimidated enough to wire money! I can't repeat or emphisize enough dont give them any money nor any information!!! I would also suggest putting a freeze on your credit report, its a hassle but well worth it if you think they have your social!  I really wish the FBI or police would do more instead of brush it off or ignore it. I guess something major has to happen first to make them realize that this is a big deal! I wish you luck and like I siad just tell them to go ahead with charges and seee them in court! then they will hang up on you and wont call back!

I too have been receiving calls from Eagle Eye.  Telling me the police are coming to my work to arrest me.  They have told me they are with the State Investigation Bureau and the latest was officer Jack Robyns.  I got the call around Feb. 20th and paid it. the following week, I called my bank and reported it and canceled my debit card.  These people are very rude.  I had one guy tell me to take my money and put it behind my @ss.    I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the FTC.  I recommend everybody else do this.

I received calls from a couple different "Agencies" saying I had a PayDay Loan from some company and never paid it back. I've never had a payday loan. They have my information, too. And this pisses me off. They are calling me at work. I had the police call them twice now to tell them to stop calling me, but I received another call earlier tonite at work. I fought with the guy on the phone, and he started calling me an [***] when I was trying to get the number from which he was calling from. Eagle Eye and Associates is the name. But in the past, it was something else. I'm getting pissed off about these calls at work.

I have gotten a call from them but wasn't home and they left voice message telling me I had a legal case with my social number attached to it. I tried to call back because I was scared and both numbers they gave me was disconnected. And when I looked them up online this site came up now I feel better

These people call me constantly. They not only call me but my husband as well as a few of the girls I work with are also getting the same calls. These guys always have the same arabic accent but always have really American names like Bob Jones, or John Smith. At first, they did alot of threatening, but now 4 months later they are now saying a complaint has been filed against me. They have been reported to our local police but unless they have an address or real name there isn't much that can be done.
