Thank you so much for responding and i am closing my account asap.Did the same situation happen to you too?My boyfriend just got a call about a loan that he never even did and they even have his ss# and said that he is going to jail and the guy said that he is an attorney from new york but the number is from california that number is 424-228-1204.What can we do to get these people from calling our work or even at all?

I got this call for my ex-husband whom I have been divorced from for over 6 years.  The same message - Chad Thomas, bounced check, serve summons.  At first I was really ticked and thought my ex-husband was using my address and I almost called "Chad" back to tell him my ex-husband hasn't lived here in over 6+ years but after reading these posts I will not be making that call.

Chad Thomas has been calling me about a bad check written before I even had a checking account...I have talked to a lawyer and they say its a scam...Go ahead serve your fake papers

Today on december 12, 2011 i got a call from maria paz again except this time i didn't give her a chance to speak.I told her to stop calling me and also told her a few choice words.Then after she said that she wasn't going to call or harras me anymore my job received a fax wanting info about my job and what i get paid as well as my current address and phone number.The fax was sent from Ashley Reimer who's number is 1-214-960-4316 and when i call the number it says you have reached the voice mailbox of ashley reimer who's number is listed as a land line in Grand Prarie,Texas.Has anybody else had the same situation happen to them?

I want to know if anyone has been getting calls from this number by the name of Everett Newman?  Surely seem bogus to me too.  They have called for me 2 times - automated message to call 888 487 9932.  If you have, what did they tell you?

Got same scam, Robert Silver, citing credit card debt. Same recorded drill. Disgusting. Left message, heard back from a hoarse woman named "Julie". Lots of threats. Obviously bogus.

i just got a message for my husband from these people. Since I know we owe no one anything, and that we have no legal issues, I was very hesitant .  I immediately looked it up and read all of these posts, do these people have nothing to do.  I can't wait for him to call back. I will give him what is coming to him.

What's up with these people. Scam and more scam. They said they will serve my husband with papers. I can't wait to get the papers. They are messing with the wrong person.
They said on the answering machine "considered yourself notified." I am waiting on them for the papers!
