Getting messages on my cell phone tthreatening. I am not who they are looking for but they will not listen. This is the number they leave to call back on not the number they call me in.

Got a threatning call from another number that is also a fraud and they left this number to call back.  They claim there is pending claims  in my county legal system which is not true.  Not bothering to respond.

someone name Danny Cooper talking loud saying he has claims and court paper work and if i wanted to resolve it before it goes to court i should call the above number.

About 10 min. later, another guy with the same attitude called. his name was frank. he left the same message with the same number and an ext 102.
BOTH OF THE CALLS SAID THE WERE FROM SEAWAY SERVICE, RIVERSIDE.

same as Tammy but I got a call (11/29/2013) for a relative saying they were being sued by on online lender. He said his name was Danny Cooper (voice didn't fit name) he could be reached @ 888-491-61677 x112 gave me a case #TRI 84507. He had the relative birth date and county they live in.

Received a message from FRANCESCA (sp) regarding an outstanding claim in JEFFERSON PARISH, La.  She was also from SEAWAY SERVICES using the phone number 8884916167 extension 203 and CLAIM number TRI-908-07.  Called the number which dialed into someone's voice mail.  Will not follow up.  

I have been lots of call from the number: 1-888-497-6167. I am at work . I wish there was a way to stop this caller from my job. Is there a way to do it? And, they keep telling me I have to pay amount or they coming to get me. I have not done anything wrong. I do not even know who this caller is! Pleaee help assist me! Thank You!!!!!!


I put the name in for the company that called me -- It's a gentlemen by the name of: Frank Jacda

Had a missed call from 716-650-2640 where "Franchesca" stating that she was calling on behalf of "Seaway Services" regarding 2x cases within the county in which I have lived. She also gave a TRI case number. Thanks to identity theft, I've had many of these types of calls over the years and it's ALWAYS the same story... Two cases, serve papers, and they never give you physical addresses for verifications nor even the original creditors name.. Usually because they don't know it and are just trying to scare someone into paying. NEVER pay anyone who can't provide proof. Ask them to mail you a bill to prove amounts, first default and original creditor.. This is your RIGHT if you actually owe something within legal bounds.

I got the same story. Unfortunately these scums prey on old people and try suckering them into paying. Working on tracking these crooks down and giving them a real legal scare. Thanks for sharing.

Attorney general in my state are coming after this company and all that work there making these calls. Let you know how it turns out.

I ran the name and while  found several company's under this name, none where debt collections. The only BBB that shows up is for a plumbing outfit. If you can, try to get them to give you a address & website.. I suspect they will not, it sounds like a extortion Scam OP..

Taking advice of earlier post, contacting federal trade commission, hopefully getting a lawsuit together. My family is relentless.

Usually the bad thing about extortion scam ops, is they  won't give you a real address to locate because they do not want to be found and hauled away in hand cuffs.  Address's are easily googled and google does have maps to actually see. In some cases, the PO box's have been warehouses or parking lots..   And some of them are not even in this country.  
Good luck, and if you get a valid legal address, post it up for others..

Yes, same thing here. I started checking that after having a few certified letters returned to me. The FEW places that did cough up a physical address were in the middle of the ghetto and had were usually a vacant lot or condemned building. Any legit company seeking rightful return on a loan will gladly give you their address and most often even have a few people dedicated to mail correspondence.

I have also added an update to their original call-in number that they didn’t block on their first attempt to call me

Old, young, these companies adapt just as we do. Keep checking in and hopefully we can all piece together "Sea Way's" story and enough details about them so some action can be taken against their practices.

It is SEARAY Portfolio Mngmnt.--they are a debt collection company that uses strong arm tactics and lies to try and get you to pay debt you may or may not owe. they are located in williamsville,ny. trust me, there is noone coming to serve anyone of you anything at anytime.. if they do call again or you can call them and get the call recorded, they violate 10-15 fdcpa laws in the first 5 mins of conversation...

I got a same guy called my home phone and left a message saying that he has 2 claims against me and I have to call him back or else he will take me to court.  I have no idea where all of this coming from.  I have no debt.
Will not call him back.

Thesame guy called me (Frank Jacobi) with the same message-he seemed to get a hold of my cell, work and even my autisic son's cell phone!! What do I do to get him to stop calling my place of work.  He claims that if I don't respond it is regarded as a refusal.  Please help!!
