    Caller has a recording and asked for my DOB, then said I could use a less expensive Medical  facility for a CT Scan and said they were informed choice with Cigna.

    I've been called twice by these people, they will not answer my questions until I give them my DOB and SSN number, which I never will. I go to MDA for all my procedures scheduled by my doctor/surgeon...I get all my correspondence through MDA MyChart only, for 11 years I've never ever got these calls before and with this pandemic going on, it's uneasy to get the calls and wanting my DOB and SSN before they explain they call.. SCAM....

    I’ve had Cigna for 6 years. Never received any calls from them about any upcoming procedures. This number called and left a message. Called again and tried getting my personal information to verify. Told them no. I’m very aware of my procedure. I do not need any additional information. That’s what my DR. is for. Guy said he’d take me off the list and I shouldn’t receive any additional calls.

    called didn't leave a message but a call back showed it was looking for me to enter my number that left the message. once it let me enter my number and then put me on hold to hang up. Second time it said the system was having problems and to try to call back. Third time it said my number was not in their system,. I was looking to make a MRI appointment but this is crazy they fire some people to same money without caring how it impacts the people they are trying to save money with

    My husband got this call and they wanted his personal info which he wouldn’t give it and said they should have it if they were Cigna since that’s our insurance. They tried to tell him they were just trying to save him money to which he responded that we are paying our insurance and they are already covering his appointment, then told them it sounded way to shady for him and hung up.
