This is Mrs Deeds Please contact us at your earliest convenience to make sure you received the proper documents for an unknown individual calling my number.  Debt collection company attempting to find someone with inaccurate database information.

I have received numerous harassing phone calls from this number on my cell and work line; misrepresenting who they are. At times they announce they are from "Coastline and Associates" and others state that they are attempting to serve me papers of some sort.

There doing a lien against my house at the moment so if u want to call them a scam u got something coming
I even got the documents from the process servers , there delivered them to my work ,trust me i thought they were a scam as well but i was wrong.

So now you can give us the name  of the company as well as its address and other information.  AND you can tell us why there is a lien against your house.  Sure - you got the lien documents from process servers.  Sure - they were delivered them at work   Sure - you are full of it.

Again - my name says it all!!!

REAL process servers do NOT call ahead of time!  Strange that you post your spiel yet you won't post the legal company name, physical address - NOT a PO box - and website, if any.

they called my brother out of state, they called my dad with a name of victor and finally they called me with a name of Thomas Moore. They say they are from Coastline Associates and they have information with my SS number. they say to contact the office. and to have my contact information. LIES!!!!

Don't give information to anyone.

also, when they call they call as unknown. there is no (888) number or nothing to track back.

Kept calling from an unknown number and saying they had my ssn and were going to be taking action against me. When they left message they said they were from Coastline and Associates  but left this number to call as soon as possible 1-888-512-6312. If they didn't here from me in 24 hours further action will be taken. But they don't tell you what the matter is in reference to

Who put the lien on.
Address of lien holder?

Where these lien  documents ever recorded with the county recorder's office?

Recording Number?
Name and address of the County Clerk?

You can't object because if true it's all public record.

A shady, slimy James Taylor from coastline associates  called me told me they had pertinent info regarding my ss #!!! Never said what they were calling for.  One of the calls said they were serving me papers of some sort?  When I tried to call back they would not give me any info w/o me giving them all my info.  Do not answer these calls they call from a unknown number.  Do not give any personal info!!!

These guys are pretty bad actors.   Use thuggish methods of threatening people.  Ignore their calls.  Block them. Do not pay them or give them any information.  They rely on shills a lot too.  

I got a call from an unknown and then a VM. They mentioned my ex-husbands name and something do with his SS#, I havent seen him since 1999 and he certainly doesn't know my phone number. Guess that picked the wrong name. Said he was David with CNA and Assoc. Tricky sneaky liars almost had me call them b.c I wanted to know how on Earth my estranged exhusband was tied to me being that I haven't seen or heard from him 15 years, HA!

Oh and they even gave me a "case" number to reference WTH?

they are real, i was filed on the 19th of this month, maybe whatever his name doesn't want to put his business out there, but mine is public record. case id 30-2014-00746218-cl-cl-cjc out of orange county...they filed on behalf of american express. not sure what is going to happen. it took alot longer then i thought to get served so i thought nothing was going to happen. i called and thought they were full of it. but really. they arent normal debt collector. i'm in [***] court right now. you are totally wrong about who you think they are. they are out of irvine or some [***] and represent people. have fun thinking you know everything. and good luck when you are in the same boat as me feeling like a dummy. it's coastlines and associates...get it! ASSOCIATES.

Did they ever tell u why they were calling? They told me for a MasterCard I had back in 2007. I did have one. But I just tried to call back and it went to her mrs deeds vm

If they are legitimate, they should be registered with the state of California as debt collectors. I couldn't get a license number or address from any of them. They are Coastline and Associates. You must include the "and".

Same story happens to me recently same lady deeds. So is it real or not? ... I've called IRS I have not debts pending ...they said it was regards a student loan with Citibank I called them and they had no history ... I'm confused
