I answered this call .They seemed to know my name. The guy had an Indian accent and said my electric rates were going to go up. I told him I wasn't interested and not to call me again.

Same "guy from India" TELLING me he would lower my electric rates... obviously no need for me to respond? Told him (1) stop calling to lower my pissed off rate and (2) STOP CALLING ME!!!

1st call I told him I couldn't understand him and he must have the wrong number and hung up on him.  2nd call, several hours later I did not answer.

Female with pronounced  Indian accent left this number - called themselves Digital Promotions - could hear other callers in background making solicitations. Spoofed call. Don't trust.

Also adding that this call was made 1-7-16. I was in the hospital for 2 weeks. No cells allowed.

Indian speaking woman almost totally drowned out by equally obnoxious hemorrhoids yammering in the background about offering to scam the public with the mirage of internet/TV and phone service. I wish I never needed a phone and then hate that these form of vermin create this feeling.

I've been constantly harassed by these people who claim to be from the IRS. They say that I have a warrant out for my arrest that won't be cleared unless I pay an obscene amount of money. I need them to stop calling me!!

stop answering them.  Get a call blocker.  I'm currently not answering calls where the first number is 8 or 3 because I've been getting a scam call or two each week from one of those area codes.

Most of these calls are coming out of India and Pakistan. Don't answer, Don't call them back! Good advice also from Not Michael, Do a search for call blocking devices & phones.
