- JOHN| 6 repliesAll these negative blogs are worthless because they are probably coming from ex-employees who got fired becasue they couldnt do thier job.I have been a client with the palmer firm for almost 2 years now and they have settled 6 of my 9 credit cards for an avg of 32%, im not complaining, this type of program is not for everyone, if you are not in bad shape, dont do it, this is a step before bk and thats where i was headed! now im not. all you people complaining are not educated and only listen to half the story, they are legiatme and the program works for the right person.
- Sheila B replies to Hi38| 1 replyI have dealt with Mossler law firm and can tell you this has worked. I had no problem referring friends and they are satisfied too. I knew there would be some minor consequences to my credit score and the rep even told me there would be. So what's the problem? I don't care where their office is and I don't care who they are related to, as long as my bills get paid and I can get out of the mess I made of my finances. So far I am a happy customer.
- Sheila B replies to wmMossler is for real and they do good work.

- MO256 replies to JOHNHaHaHa! EX-EMPLOYEES WHO GOT FIRED FROM THEIR JOBS!!! PLEASE!! These companies are not picky with the persons they hire. I know for a fact they don't do background checks/drug screens!! ANYWAYS, the people that are writing that they were helped by Mossler and Palmer are more than likely managers, employees or the owners of those agencies or law firms. They are well aware of what is being said about them on this blog. They surf the web to investigate things like this. Of course they have to defend their business practice. They are out to make money.
- ti*rose* replies to RockOUT2245I have a friend in Nevada that did some investigating too. What's strange is that when you try go to Iniguez or Mossler through Epic, you have to pay the law agencys a retainer fee. If you go to Iniguez or Mossler through Smart debtor, they don't charge a retainer fee. Instead they said it would be $130 a month. It was some sort of monthly fee to be with their services. Its a rip off!! It will take you forever to accumulate money to negotiate with the creditors. You have to remember, these agencies do debt settlement, not consolidation. There is a big difference. If these agencies were so good, then there would not be all these consumer watch agencies telling you avoid companies that practice this sort of business. Anyone can negotiate with their own creditors! You don't have to hire some bs companies that charge all this money to do it for you.
- LAMETBEWARE DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE - KNOWN ILLEGAL COLLECTION ACTIVITIES THAT INCLUDE FALSIFYING COURT DOCUMENTS!
FROM WWW.BUDHIBBS.COM
Bottom feeder attorneys collecting for scavengers, filing lawsuits with pleadings and affidavits that fall into the ‘wet ink’ category of possibly being recently manufactured. WW&R work on a commission of what they collect and judgments they are able to obtain. Consumers are urged to vigorously defend any suits being filed by challenging the validity of their documents. Many WW&R court filings result from defendants failing to show; (always the wrong move). Always respond to a suit, show up in court, and challenge everything.
Debt buyers typically file suits that may be out of statutes, have improper pleadings, contain manufactured affidavits, and have no trail of ownership.
Any of these facts may be useful in a defense, which is why is it wise for anyone dealing with a bottom feeder litigator to respond aggressively, on time and armed with information.
Lawyers who deal with assembly line type bottom feeder attorneys tell me that in general they are lazy, make a lot of mistakes, take procedures for granted and are not always prepared for someone who did their homework. Make them work, or make them lose their case--they can be beaten. - LAMET replies to Tim MellsCOLLECTION AGENCIES DO NOT HELP YOU GET OF DEBT!
- lamet replies to Lil JONO YOU SHOULD GO TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION WEBSITE -because the BBB cannot be trusted to provide accurate information.
There is a lot of CONSUMER PROTECTION INFORMATION ON HOW TO SPOT AND AVOID THIS TYPE OF SCAM!
