- Lucille replies to RockbridgeCounty Victims| 1 replyHey did you call Mossler Law Firm to cancel services with them? You can just call them and say you want your money back, and make a big fuss...tell them you are going to report them, etc. I have heard of people getting their money back from Mossler when they do this. If you don't call to cancel, you won't get your money back.
- Lisa replies to JessicaOk, i was leary too after reading peoples messages and i went to the better busiiness bereau and i found that they have an "F" rating but. i believe it is like of not getting the reponses that clients want different laws apply to different states like I am in a "no garnishment state" they do send letters out here saying they will garnish your wages to scare you., but I am a paralegal myself and there is nothing a creditor can do to hurt me or to scare me up. If you dont have nothing they cant take nothing ....creditors in this day and age want to settle with you because people are out of jobs and losing homes and cars so people have nothing to give it is a trickle down affect. My sister just recently went to court in the state of georgia and capital One tried to sue her and after they went through all of that they still couldnt get any money out of her plus she stays with my parents and the car she drives is in my parents name!! I beleive mossler law firm will work with you and i think people are misunderstood about the extend a law firm can do depending on your state laws
- Demi replies to mossler law firmWow your situation is just like mine. Was in debt relief with Mossler and Mossler and still waas sued by the credit card company. I just dropped them they did little to no help with my situation. They actually made it worse!
- serina replies to mossler law firm| 1 replyI got a summons from a credit card company as well. I signed up with them in December 2009
- No'u R Dumbso you sign up THEN ask if its worth it. don't ever start your own business!
- M Shepard| 1 replyAnyone ever work for a DSC. I would love to know employees get paid for every account settled. Please inform me of what the FACTS are. I will visit this site again later.
- Current DSC employee replies to M ShepardHello! Well, honestly, you don't make much money working for these people. The ones that do make the $$$ r the negotiators cause they get a commission for every account they settle. These companies themselves make a hell of alotta money from all the fees they charge clients that enroll with them.

BIRMINGHAM, AL. 35283--0723 - mad ex-employee replies to HULA!!| 1 replyWell, let me tell all you guys that have posted a comment here, you are all correct. I just left Lexxiom after working there for 3 years. I have to agree with all of you that this is a total scam and they are only in it to get themselves richer. They dont care who they scam the point is to put more money in their pocket and dont even care about their employees even though they say that its a "family". [***]!!!! They think that by having an "Employee Appreciation Day" once a month that they are showing how much they appreciate the employees. This is what "Employee Appreciation Day" consists of, free lunch and drinks. They have the kitchen staff cook up some tacos or hamburgers and free drinks from 10 am to 2 pm. Some way to appreciate the people that are making you rich. How about show me some of that money that I'm putting in your pocket better. I can have a cheeseburger any time. Anyways, dont believe what they say and if you're already a client my suggestion to you is to call the 800# ask for the retention department cancel the services and ask for your money back. If you dont ask for it, they wont give it back.
- sunshine.HI I worked for this company lexxiom for 3. years and they do rip off the ckients. Do to the fact that they don't inform that they are not held responable to their personal bank account information if they are been sued and they also they client miney that they have in their trust account to pay for their vaction and also a trip to Hawii in Feb of 2011. If i were you i wouldn't TRUST THEM.
- bigrock replies to billI would like to know how much was your credit card debt, how long it took for debt company to settle your debts and how much did it actually cost you?
- Mrs. Jones| 1 replyPalmer, Seideman, Mossler, Iniguez law firms and Smart Debtor are all crooks along with Lexxiom. They rip you off then change the business or attorney names. The lemelins are a family of crooks who own this bussiness of uneducated individuals who don't know what they are doing, the supervisors that run the departments are over weight women on power trips and the supervisors think it is okay to treat the employees beneath themselves. This company charges huge fee's for a service you can do your self. They do not protect customer information, they ruin your credit and your life. They do not care to leave you in the streets as long as they continue to have the money coming in for the monthly employee party. They cut hours and pay but have money for the lemelins to go on a trip to Hawaii. This is a company that needs to be shut down a building filled with filthy people from the Customer service supervisors to the law departments and the Finance departmen.Do not sign up with these law firms and any affiliates it will be your biggest lifes mistake.Remember Lexxiom ALL KARMA what goes around, comes around!! Stop Ripping people off

- MARIS replies to LucilleBY ANY CHANCE, YOU WOULDNT HAPPEN TO HAVE THE NUMBER TO THE MOSSLER LAW FIRM? I CANT SEEM TO FIND ANY NUMBER THAT WORKS AND THEYVE BEEN TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND NOT PAYING MY DEBT!!
- unknown replies to Mrs. JonesYou are so right about. Lexxiom are the ones that are ripping off there clients and getting richer by them. The Lemelins are a family of crooks who are going on vacation at least 4 times a year for two to three weeks at a time. All the managers they have never went to college and do not have a degrees. They all all went to school with the Lemelins. The supervisors are rude and little [***], the only way to become a supervisor you have to kiss ass. I have been waiting for them to be shut down because all the managers will be lost in the real world. They are cheating the government and getting away with it. If Lexxiom was ever to be audit they would be in a lot of trouble with the IRS. They have got richer from there hard working employees who have work for them more than 3 to 4 years who no longer work there because they did not appropriate there hard work. They even have all of there RV's, Boats, Jet Skies, Toys, Cars, Etc. all park in back of the property. Some one please investigate them and stop them from stilling from people.
- Lucy replies to "Judy"Please, listen, they will take your money. Talk to the credit card. It is a better deal. They do not want you to talk to them because they want the amount to go higher, so they can charge you more for the settement fee. They also will charge you 65.00 every month for maintanance. In my case, they never sent a proposal to any of my creditors and kept telling me that they still have'nt reached an agreement. When one of my creditors sued me , they send me to a lawyer in NJ who is going to charge me more for his services in order to represent me in court.
- Lisa replies to HULA!!Cuando tus deudas son el problema , Consolidation .. es la solución. Has visto este anuncio en la televisión en español. No te lo creas. Te van a quitar todo tu dinero. Te van a referir a otras agencias fraudulentas.
- Lucy replies to jnjfedupYou still own to the IRS. If the amount you had saved is higher than 600.00 , this is considered an income.
- madas hell replies to JOHNJohn,
I'm glad it worked for you. It has not for me and you really need to know what's happening here.
I've been a client for a good two years, paid Iniguez and Lexiiom a good $12K during that time, had them settle one debt for about $2K - charge me over $1K for it on top of the monthly fees and initial fees (which by the way were hefty all alone) and now I'm getting my wages garnished because they didn't properly communicate to me concerning the negotiations about another debt which started in the $13k range, but will now cost me another $3K plus from late fees and interest because they didn't handle it. Oh, they have their documentation of the days they tried to call and letters they've sent, but it didn't happen man. Never received nary a one. Out of the $12K plus I've paid them in the course of two years ($500 a month) to reduce my original roughly $20K debt, I'll end up paying $24K total once my wages are garnished, because they didn't do what they promised. That's a total of $36K. That's $16K more than I started out with or about an 80% increase in my debt. So ... how did they help me again? I would have been better of to pay the creditors straight.
Look, these guys have listed no physical addresses. They have nothing posted anywhere. Only P.O. Boxes. That alone should raise some eyebrows. I'm ashamed I didn't check sooner. When you ask them for a physical address they are very reluctant to give one and still their contact info is nowhere on the web. If they were so legit and helpful it seems they would be much more open and forthcoming about their whereabouts.
Finally, they have a grand class action suite against them going on in Texas right now. I called the Law firm suing them in Texas. Once they tried to serve Miguel Iniguez (who is one of their lawyers) at his office, he skipped town and closed the office - with no forwarding address.
They may do a few deals properly, just enough to stay in business a while, but overall they're predators. Out of the $12K I've paid them, they tell me I now have only $4K in my account towards the debt negotiations. It remains to be seen whether I actually get that back. I've been told the process takes around three weeks.
Bottom line, If anyone else out there in California has had a bad experience with them as well ...please call me. Let's check into getting our own class action suite started in this state against Iniguez and Lexiiom.
