I'd like to know who tho dirt sob is. I go to you tube and I get a popup looks like its from you tube to make viewing and listening nicer. I got 28 programs. Cannot get rid of ctossbrowse. I got storm temp. I uninstall and I makes another one or more the next day. I scanned for virus malware. Yes. They ruined my computer. I paid 600 for this computer and rely on it to find a job. I dont have a dime to get someone to fix it. I make min wage. Can't make my bills. you pieces of crap. The number comes up bottom of screen Tec support. Asks running slow. You should know. You did it. So I can pay them or they can go in and hack me, you [***].

just like the previous commenter, same thing on my compter.why cant we see who this number connects with, and then go kill sob. they could be draged  behind a truck, till there aint nothing left, no body no crime. better  think about that you have made a lot of very angery folks want to do you some serious hurt. you can and will be found , your days are numbered.

I have been trying to get free of this and have spent the last 3 days on it. One thing I can say is there is a trojan in the windows/temp/L2M5.EXE
W/32FakeAV. 5YBK-7078 according to iolo's anti malware

Working on a friend's laptop and this garbage keeps popping up. It says Tech/PC support with this number. So obviously a scam. Thankfully the laptop is seven years old. Just going to throw it away.
